We stayed here for one night to attend a U of M event. The location is perfect. Students and traffic are crazy, of course, but you can't beat the location! Parking was $27 right behind the hotel. We booked the double beds but that was a mistake. My husband and I were pretty squished. Next time we will upgrade to a queen room. The hotel was super clean. We ate at the restaurant twice. The menu isn't huge but the food was good.

Loved this hotel. So premium. It felt like a way more expensive hotel. I would have expected a luxury brand name because it was really really high class and clean and nice. Improved my perception of Hilton overall. I loved everything from the shower to the desk setup to the shared spaces downstairs, and I loved the parking garage being connected by skyway because it was a very rainy weekend. The gym, meh, just okay. They need more weightlifting equipment and they need to maintain it better. But everything else was perfect. I think this is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in that was under $500 per night. It compares really well to those $500+ hotels. I will be back.

over 25 family members and I booked rooms at the Graduate for a funeral. I was traveling with my 85 year old mother and the afternoon before we were to fly out I got an email (this was after the confirmation email we'd gotten) saying they'd overbooked and were bumping us. Turns out over half our group was similarly out of luck. No text, no call, so it's lucky I checked email. They never found me a room, and the city was packed. I finally managed to get my own room, as did other family members, but it made organizing get togethers over the course of the weekend a hassle, as well as the added expense of Ubers to get myself and my mother to and from the hotel. The points they offered to stay at one of their properties at another time after I escalated my complaint didn't in anyway make up for their shoddy business practices.

This hotel, otherwise pleasant, has the worst problems with booking than I have experience in my life among advanced countries. The weekend I was there, most of my fmaily members were told 24 hours before their arrival that their reservations were cancelled, and the hotel did nothing to assist in getting rooms in other hotels, or to offer any kind of compensation. In several prior bookings in 2024, I found the website somewhat duplicitous. It offered discounts "up to 32%" but when I tracked them down they were no more that one half of one percent. I would be vary cautious about booking here. Do NOT use an aggregator. Phone directly with the fron desk (which is staffed with pleasant but overwhelmed young people).
