amazing hotel, absolutely stellar service where you can tell they’ve focused on every little detail! almost perfect until i ordered the horrifically atrocious eggs benedict… still terrifying to this day. would 100% go back again, just stay far far away from that tragedy.

Had an incredible stay over Christmas. Such a beautiful hotel with top tier customer service. We were greeted by Matt, Raya, & Molly and they were so kind our entire stay. The room service was also delicious. Both my husband and I are plant based and the kitchen went above and beyond to accommodate us. We also loved the rooftop Nordic village. So beautiful and festive. Special shoutout to the awesome doormen and valet. Every time we stepped foot in the lobby they were very welcoming and full and joy. We will definitely be back.

We were celebrating our birthdays, with (an amazing) dinner at the Nordic Village and an overnight stay. They upgraded our room to a beautiful river view and surprised us with a bottle of Champagne delivered to our room. The room was lovely - with so many little extras, like buttons by the bed that control the lights and curtains. Bed was super comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. In the evening, they brought us water and ice - without having to request it. We visited the pool area in the morning, which was stunning! Beautiful views to watch the sunrise - with locker rooms containing steam shower, sauna and separate hot tub. The restaurant, Mara, was delicious for breakfast - and so beautiful. Again, at every turn they made us feel so special - can’t wait to go back.

After visiting the Dayton Project, my friend and I walked a half a mlle to The Four Seasons Hotel, although it was a very cold and blustery day. We wanted to check out the Nordic Village (mini cabins with prix fixe meals). Afterwards, we went to the main floor bar to warm up and get a drink. We were seated immediately in a nice booth and given water, but for the next 7 to 10 minutes, servers bustled by us without giving us a second glance. Granted, the clientele there was dressed up, however we had cute winter gear on - and more importantly, we’re potentially paying customers…and they couldn’t have cared less. Thinking they should be more welcoming…because heads up, lots of people in the Twin Cities love the outdoors (and wear REI, North Face, Helle Hanson and other cold weather gear) AND also love and pay for interesting and eclectic food & restaurants. It’s not an either-or situation here. If the Four Seasons doesn’t get that, they won’t do well.
