This hotel is very nice. Clean rooms, decent front desk staff, fun bar, and the location is PERFECT for US Bank Stadium events! There is a public parking garage right there which is very convenient. The only complaint, we had no hot water for our morning showers. Very disappointing. We thought it was maybe just because we were on the top floor but heard no one in the hotel had hot water after 7:30 am because their water heaters couldnāt keep up with all the guests. Yikes. They need to figure that out, because Iām guessing itās a popular place to stay when the Vikings are playing.

This hotel is very close to US Bank Stadium and is quite beautiful and has comfortable mattresses. However, the customer service is the worst I've ever had. Worse than the time I stayed in a Super 8 in Detroit. Then they lie about parking. If you pay for parking online they will have no record of it. They have 11 spaces for the entire hotel. First come first serve but even if you are first come and there are open spots they have excuses. I called a few weeks before my arrival to secure parking and figure out what needed to be done. The staff told me to go to the parking garage next door. That was false information because once we parked and paid the $50 to park there the hotel informed me that they don't have any connections to the parking garage. The poor customer service just continued. There are better hotels in the same area, for the same price or less, that include parking. Don't get nickel and dimed at the Aloft.

Staff went above and beyond in every way: Serena at front desk, Krista at bar, Francisca at restaurant, Patrick and the manager, Chad who was always around making sure all our conference needs were met! Hotel is centrally located; room was very clean and comfortable!

I need to start with Natalie and Brittany from the night shift were AMAZING! So polite and helpful. I couldn't figure out how to get into the parking garage and Natalie came outside to help me get in. I would hire the two of them on the spot to come work for me if I lived here in Minneapolis. Chad and Luis from evening shift were great. Funny and polite. Morning shift lady, didn't even care to get her name (big black lady with piercings by her lip) was super rude. My brother was having trouble understanding the directions on how to pay for parking at the ramp across the street. I asked for her guidance. She stated "It's pretty self explanatory on the machine!". I had to inform her that he is special needs and all I wanted was for her to explain it, not criticize us. She rolled her eyes. I had to walk away and ask someone else. Best part, the location of the hotel made it so I could see the fireworks less than a block away. Glad I paid the $10 for the breakfast vouchers when I booked the room. Ended up with $50 credit for food. That was nice. I was a little disappointed that it cost me $25 a day to park there. Had I known there was such a fee, I would have checked into a different hotel.

Hello ill make this short as possible, staff seem to be under paid and it reflects in the service provide! I interacted with each shift and there were a difference of levels of knowledge on each shift, the morning shift were extremely rude and seemed as if we were a bother to them and didn't care to display otherwise, your mid-day shift was simply lacking proper training and knowledge of basic things, they seemed to be out of the loop of things. lastly your overnight team were great, in which I was expecting them to be the worst but they were amazing. Sadly I found myself taking the stress from your other members out on brittney and natalia and they in return showed me nothing but kindness and turned my bad experience into a MUCH better one. They are working at the wrong time, hidden at night. those ladies ROCK!
