Friendly staff with healthy and friendly environment. Good customer interactions with easy check in process. Pet friendly and clean rooms with hard wood floors. Plenty of parking space available and right next to the highway exit which makes it easy to communicate.

The room was well maintained. Good customer service and the check-in process was really easy and simple. Friendly staff and a neat atmosphere around the area. Tyhe hotel is located right next to the exit of I-35 which makes it easier to get in and out of the highway. Filled with eateries around the place with affordable price.

ARE YOU KIDDING? Upon arrival, ice machine out of service, no wash clothes in the room . No carpet in the room and there is a DOG in the room next to mine. In the middle of the building, no less , barking at 1230 to 1am. The walls are paper thin, the bed sucks and the phone doesn't work. This is completely unacceptable. Find another place to stay.

CAUTION !! CAUTION!! I stayed at this Hotel and it was the most miserable night i ever had. i kept getting bit which i thought was a mosquito or two and i woke up and couldn't find them. i went back to bed after waking up off and on all night from being bit. finally it was about 6 am and i had bites and welts all over. I was then told it was BED BUGS!! I have never experienced them before, i thought it was a joke. (sleep tight and don't let the Bed bugs bite) i itched for 5 days straight showed them my bites and they said the manager will get back to me it has been almost 2 weeks now and she never did. 2/09/2020. my fingers were swollen on my left hand for 3 days.

I booked this place based off of the existing tripadvisor reviews. This was a huge mistake. As such, it was a decent distance away from where I wanted to be and, allegedly, comparable hotels... This place really just kind of sucked. Firstly, despite booking it weeks earlier and reserving a non-smoking room all they had available was smoking rooms. It was like sleeping in an ashtray. Based on the smell of the bedding, I REALLY doubt it was new/clean. Additionally, there were several cigarette holes/burns in the blankets... It smelled so bad I tried keeping the windows open and turning the heat up, but this really didn't help. Amenities were virtually non-existent and the prices for the paltry selection in the vending machine were absolutely exorbitant. The hotel as a whole was seriously out of date, I felt like I was in a hotel from & during the movie Fargo. Walls were thin and poorly insulated making it loud and irritating, especially when someone left their alarm running at full volume for 6 hours or repeatedly slamming the doors, and/or screaming down the halls. While advertised as having free Wi-Fi, their network is an absolute and completely humorless joke. The very few times I could actually connect to it, I was kicked off 15 minutes later. Also there's nothing else nearby, so if you need a network, be prepared for a drive. The staff was pleasant and that is literally the only good thing about this place
