Clean, quiet, comfortable, and the absolute best staff. Special shout out to Chatey and Devin who are both welcoming, helpful professional, and friendly. This hotel makes feels like a home away from home. It's also a close to many restaurants, parks, and to the Twin Cities.

My father and I stayed for a few nights at this hotel. It is a short distance outside of Minneapolis/St. Paul, which is nice since it avoids the stress of the big city, but is close enough to get to the downtown and all there is to do there quickly. The staff is incredible. The young men who work evenings and nights are always there to help with everything and anything and are polite. The day staff is amazing. Kim and Shatay, manager and assistant manager, are two of the kindest people I’ve met anywhere, let alone in the service industry. We stayed during a time that both myself and my father were incredibly anxious since I was in Minneapolis to see a specialist for a fairly serious health problem. Kim and Shatay are so lovely that while talking to them, I almost forgot why we were there. The hotel is very clean, has 24 hour locked doors for security, and is close to restaurants and a 24 hour grocery store, as well as other service facilities. The complimentary breakfast was comparable to a breakfast at Denny’s. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is very quiet in terms of people’s behaviour (not a lot of noise, etc). Will be staying there again. Thank you to the staff for being what is pretty rare these days - genuinely friendly, helpful, and compassionate.

My husband and I attended a concert at the Xcel Energy Center and stayed at this Microtel - the location is perfect and there are great restaurants nearby. The staff were super friendly, and the room was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.

The service was Great, beds and bathroom are clean, nice and hot breakfast, very safe even for solo female travellers. It was a nice stay, non smoking building. I was very satisfied with everything. Excellent! I highly recommend this place.
