Days Inn by Wyndham International Falls

The only good thing I can say is the hotel was clean. Heat was non existent in both rooms we occupied. They were renovating outside of hotel and no advance notice of this was given. Would not have been an issue except the hammering until almost 9:00pm the first night. Thankfully they moved us to another room on the second night Breakfast was sparse at best so we did not use that amenity. We checked out early and cut our visit short due to the hotel experience.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff were available whenever we needed them, regardless of time of day. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and a short walk from the parking lot. Complimentary breakfast and popcorn was a bonus.

Very clean and well-maintained, the amenities are at a high standard, and the customer service is exceptional, and I would highly recommend it as an excellent value and a safe and healthy experience in that beautiful community.

This IS a two star motel so if you're expecting "white glove" extensive amenities and exquisite conditions keep looking. If you're simply looking for an inexpensive place to "crash" for a day or three, it's excellent. The room and building itself were VERY clean and well organized, the beds were firm but excellent, the room A/C was great, and the continental breakfast was certainly adequate-especially given Covid circumstances. The stool/tub and shower area needed a little TLC-minor caulking issues, etc. and was VERY small. A number of electrical outlets needed to be replaced as they were quite loose as far as holding in an electric plug. The location was excellent...RIGHT off highway 53 and next door to an excellent family style restaurant. If I was to make a trip back to "The Falls" again where I needed a room for a few days, this WOULD probably be my first choice as it is quite good for the money.

Didn't make sure I was the correct person checking in. Was locked out for hours because of no power. Was charged extra money although it was a minimum fee for smoking when I thought it was a smoking room as it didn't state it was non smoking online nor anywhere in or outside of the room.
