I stay at this hotel on average of at least once a month. The location is convenient and staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. The issue is the mattresses are very uncomfortable and worn as are the pillows which are very thin and give no support at all.

This is a good property for an inexpensive stay. Our king room was clean and bed was very comfy. Hard to beat the value here, especially if this location is convenient for your travels. Staff was efficient and there is a breakfast (not award winning but certainly typical of this type of hotel). Coffee in the lobby 24/7 is great.

Tidy, clean, quiet hotel. We were here for a quick overnight before going to Valleyfair. The lobby staff was friendly and the breakfast was varied and very good. Did not swim this time around but the pool seemed fine. This would be an excellent hotel for a family stay. I appreciated the hot coffee in the lobby at all hours.

I had to book this hotel during the IT meltdown and was flying Delta. All the hotels around MSP were booked, or I had to pay a small fortune, so I branched out. While this hotel may be out of the way, it is still close to everything. While the hotel was packed with families, it was remarkably quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent.

The manager was very involved in meeting us asking about our reason for being in town and caring about our experience at the hotel. That’s all I have to say, but the character count is making me say more. It will probably tell me I need to put down some real words, but these character counters irritate me.
