Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis West Minnetonka

Beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Microwave and fridge were in the room. Breakfast included hot tasty food choices and was kept neat as well. Coffee is offered 24 hours. Nice lobby to relax/eat in. Front desk staff very pleasant.

I want to give a huge shout-out and thank you to Rizwan for coming to troubleshoot my TV not once but twice during my week-long stay! He has been so friendly during my stay! 5 stars! Many thanks to him! He was also very welcoming when working the front desk!

Alex B. and Heather F. were so helpful at the front desk. Both helped to make our stay comfortable. They each went above and beyond to help us. My 5-year-old granddaughter got sick and they made sure we had everything we needed. Will stay here again when visiting family. Quiet and clean, wonderful staff.

I was here for a quiet get-away and chose well. There was a boys hockey team staying here and when I was in my room I never heard a thing. It's close to the highway and under a flight path, but I never heard a thing. The coffee in the breakfast area had good flavor! That is always important. There was enough variety at breakfast, and everything I tried was good. The room was clean and well maintained. The top of the lamp shades need a good dusting though. :) Both elevators were working and handle more than a cart with one person. I will gladly stay here again.

We booked this hotel based on its reviews above 9.0. I would def say this is more of an 8.0 hotel. Our room smelled musty/old smoke. Our hideaway bed was broken, so they did bring us a roll away. The vanity was broken. It was clean enough. We just had higher expectations for a hotel with a 9.6 rating. Just an FYI.
