Best Western Plus Grand Rapids MN

I have been traveling to Grand Rapids, MN for the better part of 2024 for business and have been staying at the Best Western Plus every time. Heather has gone out of her way to ensure myself and my coworkers have felt at home and comfortable every single time we come here. From little things like giving us the TV remote so we could watch what we wanted on TV when working in the lobby, to more important things like helping us book our rooms on weekends she knows it is going to be busy, she has gone above and beyond to take care of us. I would recommend this place to anyone I know coming here purely for Heather alone. She makes visiting Grand Rapids in the frigid winter worth it!!

A++ to Heather! She was always running and cleaning and answering phones. Very happy and accommodating! Also Jasmine helped me when I accidentally booked two rooms. As for the rooms and lobby…. Very well maintained and clean. Beautiful setting. Staff are always cleaning! Rooms are spacious and spotless. I would go here again just because its so nice! And free cookies and espresso machine with hot chocolate, lattes, etc. all the time!

It's such a well-kept, clean place with friendly staff and great breakfast selections. Views from the rooms facing the back of the property are stunning. I have stayed there twice- a year apart- and found the hotel to exceed expectations during both stays.

This is a great place to stay! The rooms are clean, the hotel is new. They have a pool, complimentary breakfast, hot coffee in the lobby, light snacks available for purchase. This is my third time staying here. I would recommend it! Nearby restaurants, shopping, friendly staff, plenty of parking…it is an excellent value for the price. If you need a place to stay in Grand Rapids- this should be your first choice.

The property is lovely. I seldom write a review, but watching Heather, the front desk manager, was so amazing. I watched her several times each of the three days we spent there was incredible. When she wasn’t welcoming and registering every person walking through the door, she was moving quickly to pick up, clean up after guests, and providing service that was above and beyond. I have never been treated as well at any hotel I have ever stayed. She is amazing!
