Radisson Hotel Duluth Harborview

My husband and I stayed at the Radisson in Duluth on Friday Feb. 28th 2025. The front desk attendant Anna was so helpful and friendly. She made my check in process and checkout process a breeze. The room was very clean and the view from my room was beautiful. The hotel offers all the amenities I need to make each stay fun and very comfortable. I love the location! Whenever I visit Duluth, I try to book this hotel first because it is my favorite. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very Old: Think yellow tub with chevron sandpaper grips and a big loud blowing heater with a small and thick TV that gets every other channel. The room was small, beds stiff. Peeling wallpaper, snagged rugs, and very few amenities, this $235 plus room should have been priced in the $59- range. Room smelled. On the plus side, the restaurant at the top was cool and had good drinks.

We loved the location! There was a great view from our 14th story room, and despite the older building, it was clean, had plenty of parking, friendly staff, and the circular structure made for a fun experience! The room was quiet, and the beds super comfortable!

We stayed here for four days, and it was a terrible experience. The room was awful, with ripped bed sheets. The restaurant on the top floor was closed every single day due to staffing issues. The elevators were incredibly slow, and when I requested a room cleanup, they refused because my stay was less than five days. Honestly, one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. After reading other reviews, I’m not sure how much longer this place will stay in business. Never staying here again.

Warning! They charge your card security deposit without me knowing. Now it's been 18 days and I haven't received my deposit back. Very outdated and very disappointing hotel. 0 stars. Not how you run business. Charging your card and than say bank keeps the deposit for 10 weekdays after stay for security reasons. I traveled all over the world and this is the worst ever experience.
