One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at ever. The customer service here is absolutely obliged. I saw the guy behind the counter on October 29th. around 6:00 PM yell at a guy with a cane because. he needed to use the Wi-Fi so he get a ride home. The guy wouldn't even let him use the Wi-Fi was going to charge him 10 bucks to use it. I really felt that this was like. I was planning to stay here. Now I'm not going to stay here. Just wanted to let you know that the management needs to be reassessed because if they're treating a random person on the street like that, how are they treating their guest? I really felt like they weren't and didn't have any compassion. When I walk into a place I want to stay at, I want to feel like I'm coming home. I think I'll stay at a holiday in next time, or some. place other than this. If I ever need a hotel, I won't be booking this one again. The rooms were horrible And the only thing that was done right was the rooms were clean. That's all I can say. Good.

To me nothing signifies cheap hotel like empty vending machines and that is the case here with an ice cream machine in the main hallway. A pet peeve of mine is also soda machines with no price where you have to blindly keep pouring coins in until the button will dispense one There is plenty of room for a couple guest benches out front but none in sight meaning that we had to stand around on a warm day waiting for our ride share. There was a coffee maker in the room but no sign of cups, coffee, creamer, spoons, etc… when we asked for cups at the front desk he pointed to the closed and dark breakfast room where we grabbed them ourselves The breakfast room was really something else with two hard overcooked sausage patties, three mini muffins and an absolute mess everywhere. It was quite obvious that they stock and prep it once before breakfast begins and never check back to wipe a table, restock or clean up even a bit After a long drive it would have been nice to find the A/C on in the room if even at a minimal level. That said, the room was clean and bed comfortable. A good value if we hadn't encountered the above frustrations!

This place was a dump! We arrived Friday 6/28/24 around 8:30pm. Walking in, the hotel was miserably hot and smelled disgusting. Going up to our room we noticed dog feces on the stairs! We got in our room and it smelled of urine and the entire floor was wet! My daughter went downstairs and complained to the front desk. They offered us 2 different rooms to switch to but one had a big hole in the wall and the other room, both beds were slanted at an angle. We reluctantly chose to stay where we were because we had to get some sleep. We had already driven 8 hours and my grandson had a tournament early the next morning. Then, 1030 at night housekeeping woke us up and said they had a new room ready for us. I stayed with the kids because they were sleeping and my daughter started moving a few things to the new room before going back to sleep. Then, 3:30 in the morning I woke up to someone trying to get in our room! I open the door and he did not identify who he was, he said that that room should be empty and that we had to get out. He demanded to see my license and walk downstairs with him. Not happening! Mind you this is 330 in the morning!!! I told him of the situation that had happened and he demanded that we get out and go to the new room. I had to wake up both kids and move all of our stuff out of the room. This was totally uncalled for and totally unprofessional. Not only were we woke up at 10:30pm but also 3:30am, never once apologizing! Today my daughter called the manager to try to get a refund. Of course it went to voicemail. The employee who kicked us out, said that we should’ve went through him to get a refund, but because we went above him and he got in trouble he was “pissed off at us” and that we would not see a refund. The manager did not answer the phone so we are still awaiting his call. Let’s see if they respond. I’ll wait….
