Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brainerd Baxter an IHG Hotel

I booked a block of rooms and changed our reservations way too many times. They made it so easy and were so kind to us from the front desk workers all the way to the general manager, Tom. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them again.

Hotel was terrific: easy check-in/out, clean updated room, comfortable beds and pillows, good hot breakfast, and a fun waterpark and arcade. Our kids loved the lazy river and water slides, and it was nice to have a family hot tub option as well as an adults only hot tub. Location is excellent with great proximity to Nisswa and Brainerd. Rates were expensive during prime summer season, though 🤷‍♀️

I am here on business and experiencing screeching girls run up and down the hallways. I have called the front desk several times and get no response. This is disappointing. I am paying $200 a night for an ok room, nothing special. I can’t even sleep because there is a party across the hallway and management does nothing.

Great people, very nice rooms, well lit parking, hot coffee and fresh cookies all day, the breakfast was the best! There were people constantly attending the food service and the place was spotlessly clean at all times. We would without hesitation stay here again and recommend them to anyone.

Friendly, clean, comfortable and amazing pillows! My husband wanted to buy ours 😂. We had a wonderful stay and just wish it could have been longer. Our 3 chihuahuas also had a good time! Highly recommend the hotel. Staff was great, very helpful! Will definitely stay here again if we get back to the area.
