Stuck here because of Delta issue. Very friendly staff, good food and nice room. Access to the airport was easy with their text based system for pickup. Only at the hotel for 8 hours so not a lot more to say about the hotel, trip advisor is making me write 200 characters.

Dated hotel in need of a refresh. And in need of microwaves in the room. We stayed in a "suite" which was nothing more than a standard room with the addition of a sofa sleeper. All the room furniture was in need of replacing, the comforter was a sheet and the heat does not stay on so you will freeze at night even if your turn up the thermostat. We had old food in our fridge, no face or hand towels and no coffee cups to use the 2 complimentary coffee pods left in our room. The floor was a wood floor so beat up and scratched. Very sad. Just pay a little extra to stay at the JW Marriott, it is marvelous and you will love it.

We have stayed here twice to have easy access to Mall of America. Staying on concierge level which is nice for the lounges but they do not clean your whole room just the bathroom for multiple night stay. Assuming there is an extra fee but disappointing. Bathrooms are a little dated and not a lot of counter space. Good points is location, valet parking, friendly staff. The restaurant is nice and the menu offers a good variety. If you are coming to use them all of America, then it is a perfect location.

The hotel is fine albeit unremarkable. Clean and comfortable. Convenient access to the Mall of America and MSP Airport. For $203, complimentary breakfast would have been nice but it's at an added charge instead. I think of this as a $150 value hotel that cost $203 instead. Next time around I will probably just stay at a different airport hotel with a lower rate.

Overall experience is average for me. The room that I got is a little bit outdated. The amenities are also good - I was able to use the gym twice. Airport transfer is free. One thing that I like about this hotel is the bridge access to Mall of America. This oneās cool!
