Overall a great experience. I stayed from 10/14/2024-10/20/2024. The staff was great. My room upon checking in was immaculate. The pool and hot tub were a fun addition. The restaurant was convenient and inexpensive. They gave me some breakfast vouchers or something, but I never got up in time to have breakfast. I have stayed at many hotels in my life, and I think this will be a regular place of mine as I visit Minneapolis.

This is a decent property worthy of at least 4 stars. Dealing with the front desk staff had them at 5 star in my book due to their professionalism and accommodation upon my arrival. So what took them down to a two star you ask? Housekeeping. More and more I am seeing a trend where housekeeping refuses to make up rooms between nights. Look, I get it, Covid took us back a step, but it seems like housekeeping took that step back and staid there. Here the ladies were, two doors down from our room, cleaning another room. They saw us leave. We approached the front desk and requested service. The attendant noted it on her spreadsheet and told us she would see that it gets done. After a long day, we get back to all our dirty towels still on the ground and the beds unmade. Holiday Inn, take note: you have always been my 'go to' property. I'll rethink this on my next outing.

Was only here for a night so can't say much. But the bed sheets were unironed, which makes me wonder if they were washed after the previous guest! Room was clean otherwise. We dined in the restaurant, choice not huge and average food but staff friendly.

Cleanliness wasn't up to Holiday Inn standards. Breakfast was disappointing, charging $8.99 for basically a continental breakfast. Front desk staff could be friendlier. On the upside, the lounge is very comfortable with a huge tv if you want to catch a game.

Hotel was dirty. Our room had stains on the curtains, not sure if it was blood or what. Front desk check in was awful, agent was rude, as I was checking in we got some terrible news that visible upset our family and the agent insisted that I needed to give him my vehicle plate info before giving me the room keys, even after asking him, if I could get my family situated first, he said no. I explained it was a rental and assured I would get him the info. We were only checked in for 8 hours before departing to the airport, between the service and cleanliness, I would have rather stayed in the rental car. Big waste of money and will never return!
