I would highly advise against staying here, the hotel is disgustingly dirty. I was here with my husband for a conference where he was speaking. Due to the number of events here and the fact the room was paid for, we were forced to stay. I will admit I love a 4 or 5 star hotel, but I can stay most anywhere if itās clean. I felt so grimey staying in this room, didnāt want to touch anythingā¦much less sleep in the bed. Upon check in, the room we got was gross with hair in the shower and a bathtub that was black on the bottom. Didnāt appear to be vacuumed, and light switches were dirty. Bed ruffle dirty with holes. The walls were banged up with missing paint chips and beat up furniture. We immediately went to the front desk and requested another room. The 2nd room was slightly cleaner, but still gross. Our friends checked into their room which had blood on the bathtub, hair in the shower and on the sink. If you are going to have people pay for outdated, beat up roomsā¦they better be sparkling clean! Please book elsewhere if you can! Yuck, yuck, yuck! We are cancelling our last night to stay in a clean hotel downtown. Adios and good riddance!

Our event at the DoubleTree was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the entire staff, AV, and catering teams went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Tiffany and Matt truly stood out with their exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail, leaving a lasting impression on our company. We are so grateful for their hard work and canāt wait to return next year!

Horribly disgusting!!! Got to our room and it was filthy with a sock from the previous guest in the closet, light switches covered in grime, stuff under the bed, dirty dust ruffle, counter top surfaces were not wiped well, and dried who knows what on the night stand, peeling wall paper, toothpaste on the walls in the bathroom, hair on the ceiling in the shower. Called the front desk to have someone come and clean it, they said they would someone to clean it as soon as they could. She showed up with just a vacuum and no other cleaning supplies and vacuumed. I told her about the trash and toys under the bed, showed her the stuff that was dried that had dripped down the TV stand. She took the napkin out of the plasticware wrapper that was under the bed, went to the bathroom, got it wet, and proceeded to wipe down the TV stand. She said she was sorry that it was dirty and that they are told they have to clean really fast. Clearly, they are missing almost everything. Good thing I travel with Clorox wipes because it wasn't wasn't going to be cleaned by them even after I requested it. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was not very helpful either. We had the breakfast add on. She didn't mention anything about it until I asked where it was, if there were coupons we had to present, and what times breakfast was served. She walked away while spewing the information. On the flip side, we got cookies at check in.

The place was good, nothing to complain about but the shuttle driver was amazing and a very safe driver and very curious. His name was Mark N. Great guy and great first experience! Next time I come back to Minnesota Iāll definitely be coming back to visit here. Thanks again!

This trip was horrible! I asked for a room on the bottom floors, because of my cane, but was given the 9 th floor. After checking in I went straight to the hot tub. Normally it's relaxing, but yesterday when I went to the hot tub it wasn't so. Shortly after getting in two toddlers with floating devices came in and started splashing which made me get out immediately. I walked to the front desk to speak with someone ASAP, there is where I met Nick the manager. He told me he would do something but did nothing. At that point I decided just to go to my room and take a hot bath. To my surprise it was hair all in the tub. And my room was never moved. When I discussed it with front desk this morning, I learned that Nick was the manager. How disappointing. Never again
