"Dear Red Roof Inn Team, I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay. I was excited to return after speaking with a friendly staff member who helped resolve my request. However, the general manager I met was completely different. She had a rude attitude from the start, and her approach was unprofessional. When I asked for a room change due to my health needs, she was dismissive and disrespectful. Not to mention the room was filthy the floor was dirty the tables were filthy. She labeled me as a rude because I want her respect my boundaries I'm 60 years old I'm a senior she don't respect that!!!!!! I believe it's not just what you say, but how you say it that matters. I felt disrespected and unvalued. I asked her how she would feel if someone spoke to her mother that way, and I believe that's a fair question. A good general manager should strive to make guests feel welcome and respected. Given my long history with the hotel, I'm disappointed that my experience was so poor. I hope you'll take my feedback seriously and consider training or evaluating your management team. Sincerely, Jerilynn Chambliss

the bed wasn’t the comfiest but i stayed a week and ESSIE IS AMAZING!!!! she is one of the reasons i stayed. She’s amazing at her job!!!!!! the rooms super chill calm and CHEAP ! everyone was nice and the room was clean. just genuinely did not like the beds because it sinks you in LITERALLY so if beds are a big deal for you i don’t know how much you’d like it. AGAIN ESSIE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! super sweet and caring i love her spirit. i’d stay again.

I saw staff members attack another employee worst part there were 2 men involved, I got it all on video. I also had a party there with friends and staff members were drinking with us on the job. I even saw the manager smoking weed with employees in the back, wow what a hotel it's something you see off movies.

I want to thank Kristen for an outstanding service. For a late service it was the best she’s kind she also helped me get my points and gave me a discount that I was unaware of, she was angel to me she deserves a raise or some type of bonus or commission.

I came here from Indianapolis to stay a week. Essie was amazing and very professional. She is awesome at her job. I thank her again for her amazing hospitality. I will be coming to stay here again!!!!
