Seasons Inn Traverse City

Since Seasons Inn didn’t want to even apologize or the manager give a courtesy call abt this- and then tell me it’s not their fault this isn’t being dealt with “to my time table”….here’s a review! I’d like to preface this by saying- I know where I’m staying. I don’t expect 5 star cleaning service…but I expect the floors to be swept and surfaces to be wiped off 🤷🏻‍♀️ I let go the stray couple pubes and dust in the shower, and an unwiped surface on the dresser. But when I found a feces coated sex toy.🤢🤢 I lost my marbles. I went for a walk before I went to front desk- and when I did come back to speak about it… he goes “where is it? I need to go look at it” as I’m literally showing him a picture of it on my phone. I tell him to go look- he comes back and gets on his computer. he doesn’t say another word until he realized I’m not just walking away, and says “I cant make a decison, you have to wait for my manager to make any decisons. he told me he would make a note, and to expect a call around 1 or 2. long story short no call…so I call and she said “yea I’ve been advised. I need to talk to the owners” I said, no one has even apologized and continues to “not know anything”. She said in a condescending tone “ma’am I’m sorry this isn’t being dealt with on your own time table- but I’ve got other things to do it’s been busy” okay…. Soooo I told them they can deal with it by tomorrow or I’ll call the health department. UPDATE: Manger said that because I was ranting and raving online, that I’ve “done all the damage I can do” and that they will not be doing anything for me. So…here we go 🤷🏻‍♀️ still no apology, and no attempt to correct anything.

Our experience was okay. There was good and bad things. I’ll start with the good. The beds were super comfortable. The pool area was fun for our kids and the hot tub was a good temperature most of the time. Hotel was quiet. But here was the bad. No breakfast. It was promised on every site, and we actually stayed there in 2023 and they had breakfast. The hot tub was freezing cold on our last day. The room was very small.

NOT SAFE. This hotel will have people in and out of the hotel all hours dealing drugs but I witnessed them turn someone away that lives in Grand Rapids and working on a construction site in Traverse City because he was under 21. This hotel clearly lacks common sense.

This was a totally unsafe hotel. There were drug addicts in the parking lot and creepy people wandering the halls at all hours of the night. Lady at the front desk was beyond rude and I am never visiting again. It was an absolutely awful experience.

Room clean. Beds nice. Having a fridge and microwave, and mini coffee maker nice however the coffee packs must have been stored in the housekeeping cart of storeroom near the bath soaps/lotion as they picked up the taste in the brewing. The dispenser for shower filled, however, body lotion dispenser at sink was empty. The included breakfast ~ isn’t. We found apple juice and orange juice dispenser. No milk for the dry cereal. Small muffins that are better off not included in your “breakfast”, bread. Coffee & tea choice ok. Not filtered water so taste was off. Front desk isn’t necessarily covered without making a call - but gal was friendly when we needed her. For the price, we were ok with it. Having both, in my past, been a hotel front office manager at a higher end hotel nearby and an executive housekeeper also at a nearby hotel, I do have a bit of experience beyond that of a guest.
