This is my opinion the only real place to stay in Sturgis Michigan. This is located so that you can go downtown or stay locally and get good food and excellent shopping. There is a Walmart and a Meijer and a about 15 fast food places to. The Motel is very clean.

Where to start? Lobby smelled moldy. Indian manager/desk clerk unfriendly. They screwed up our reservation. It was supposed to be reserved (Honors member) as disability room/King. None was available even though we reserved it and verified on the phone. The room was shabby. The bathroom had mold in tub and damage.(see photos) Rip off for the price. I suspect management just doesn't care. They just want your money. Note: one female desk clerk was Awesome!

Upon entering the lobby, its musty and smells like mold. The room wasn’t any better, it’s like they had a water line break and just painted over the water damage, the carpet was sticky, and despite taking my allergy medicine, my throat still started to swell in minutes, so there’s definitely a mold issue that needs abatement.

Tweeter was roaming the hall looking into stuff. Front desk did nothing about the drunks in the hallway by our room bang around, being extremely loud, and slamming doors from11:30pm-3am. Would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor than the bed that was hard as a rock! Picture by the bed fell off of the wall and onto my kids in the middle of the night & gave us all a heart attack. Mystery stains on the walls in the bathroom. Water damage on the ceiling by the fire alarm. Heated pool was ice water and not heated.

Worst Hilton check in experience EVER! Crabby clerk. Didn't thank me for being a diamond member. Didn't offer free snack or water. Didn't inform about breakfast and when it was. Honestly, she was bothered that I was checking in. And I would have checked in myself but it wasn't available on the app. In this day and age, if you don't like what you do, change it. But no reason to tarnish a perfectly good brand by being a crab ass! I rated the hotel a 2 BUT the room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was very fresh and nice variety.
