Old and outdated,smelly. Definitely needs some work. The staff was nice enough though which helps. Very pricey. I would not stay here again.

Great location but seriously needs to be updated. Property is extremely old and outdated. One of my friends room had left over dog treats on the carpet.

The lakeview rooms look great on the web site. However, the lawn and sidewalk is full of goose poop that gets tracked into your room on your feet and shoes. There are dead bug splatters on the walls and ceiling. The hair in the tub is gross and won't drain. Shall I go on? The two positives I have is it is dog friendly, and the breakfast was good.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, especially the beds, adequate towels, and it was so nice to be right on the waterfront. The breakfast offered with your room was pretty good! Not just bagels and crap instant coffee---there was Good coffee, juice, hot items, and the usual breads and cereals and some fresh fruit too.

We were given a room on the ground level. This required us to haul our bags down a long starcase by hand. Took both of us to manage each of three bags. We are just too old for this arrangement. Room proper was clean and decently appointed. Older style air conditioner unit mounted high on the outside wall that cooled unevenly and was really noisy. Breakfast pretty standard. For the price during tourist season, not acceptable.
