Spark by Hilton Plymouth

We found the hotel staff very friendly and the beds were comfortable. The cold breakfast was adequate. Check out 12 noon. There was a pool and laundry room . We stayed for 2 nights but my son has been there since 12/30 and he brought his cat since they are pet friendly. I would definitely stay again.

I was a bit scared to book here but so glad I did. Everyone who worked here was exceptional- Lydia, Timothy and the breakfast attendant (sorry I do not have his name) We would definitely come back. Room was comfortable and had what we needed (mini fridge and microwave). Yes, the hotel could have been a bit cleaner but the bed was comfortable. They also had the biggest TV I have ever seen in a Hilton hotel. Breakfast was simple yet decent. The hotel decor was very trendy. I loved the breakfast area. We used the pool and fitness center which were great!

Overall nice hotel, but they do need to pay attention to room details. Our bathroom door would not close. The sink faucet is very loose. The body wash and hair conditioner self dispensers were empty. There was no lotion. The details make a difference.

Hotel was clean & comfortable. The only thing that could be improved upon is the heating & cooling register. I could not select a temperature. I just shut it off. Staff were very helpful & accommodating. I am Hilton Honors member & I used points. I would stay again.

This hotel has been remodeled and opened as a newer brand for Hilton. My room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast did not have hot items, but had all the things I’d eat (bagels, cereal, yogurt). The price was also better than I expected. A great value!
