My first experience in this property. Little interesting experience. It’s a service apartment pretty much. An old and agjng property and can see efforts to keep it fresh and lively. Lot of carpetry which is old for at of hotels perhaps more suited for cold weather. The hotel had zero housekeeping for three days i stayed, which is odd. I know it happens alternate days in some of these places. Nothing much to say of the property. Had breakfast one day of three… could consider salads and healthy options to go with as a suggestion

This property served its purpose of the overnight hotel designated for wedding we attended. Check in process was unacceptable; the only clerk on duty spent an inordinate amount of time with a guest who apparently had multiple issues. There were four of us in line waiting to get checked in (we had a wedding to get to) and not once did the desk clerk acknowledge us. A "I'll be right with you" should have been the minimal at order here. Nor was there any "Sorry for your wait" once we finally advanced to the head of the line. Room was OK; entire property needs a deep cleaning and facelift. Shower was good. Breakfast was OK; the coffee urns were always full, which seems to be an issue at many of the complimentary breakfasts we have experienced recently. Good number of restaurants in immediate area.

Just an awful experience. Hotel was not clean, amenities in room did not work, and the hotel staff was rude and non-responsive. Three night stay and confirmed twice that I needed housekeeping. I did not EVER get service. Also asked for towels and room coffee … they would not deliver. 1251 Marriott stays in my life … this was one of the worst.

We have stayed at this particular Marriott hotel, a long-term stay hotel, on more than one occasion in the past, but not in recent years until this particular 2-day stay. Unfortunately, unlike previous stays, this one was disappointing. This TownePlace Suites Hotel is badly in need of major renovation. Thankfully, the staff was both gracious and accommodating. The air conditioning unit on our 2-bedroom suite was not functioning during an unusual late October heat spell. The water temperature regulator for both the bathroom wash basin and the shower was not functioning, the only choice being scalding hot water. Further, the wash basin stopper was not working. The door to one of the bedrooms would not remain open without a door stopper, which was not available. Finally, the clock radio alarm did not function, causing us to oversleep one morning.

POORLY OPERATED. Jack hammering going on for several days starting at 7AM (one morning it was 6:50!). Muddy mess, no parking, no notice in advance that this would be happening.... just a small-typed letter on the front door saying "We apologize for the inconvenience... etc". Should give guests notice in advance BEFORE they show up to a non-cancellable reservation. Breakfast runs until 9:30AM, no food left at 8:45AM. Both clothing washers broken (So, you don't fix the first one when it breaks and just wait until both are broken?). Hotel is outdated and needs to be renovated, big time. Workmanship in the room is hacked together. One ice machine for entire hotel, located on first floor. Room was filthy. Floors were STICKY. Photos enclosed show disgustingly dirty bed. Bedskirt has unknown white substance on it. Grease on wall behind stove. What kind of hair is this next to the outlet? Many hotels in the area to choose from, no reason to settle for this quality. Marriott - need to do better and check on your operators! We're an Marriott Elite member ... and very annoyed. I rarely complain but I actually think we should get a refund at this point. But I don't expect that request would go far :-(
