Hampton Inn Livonia Detroit

I choose this hotel because it is close to events that I was attending. Supposed to arrive in the afternoon but was delayed couple times. I finally arrived around 2 am from the airport. The clerk welcomed me, and I am on my way to my room. I stay on 5th floors. The room is great. Clean and comfortable. I did not use any other activities the hotel had to offered but breakfast. Breakfast is good during both days of my stayed. Thank for the hospitality and will recommend anyone to stay there.

Every single person who I encountered while staying at this hotel was wonderful! The front desk team is friendly, courteous, and efficient, and the woman running breakfast went above and beyond making guests feel welcome, helping out families with small children, and keeping the place clean and well stocked. My room was sparkling clean and the location was convenient. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit family.

Stayed over Fourth of July weekend. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Carpet in room was sticky. We had to wear shoes the whole time. Shampoo and conditioner ran out. Pool and internet were down. Convenient location and close to food options.

I stay here several times a year due to location and cost. Overall it is a decent hotel, but this time I had two issues: Whoever the housekeeping young lady is, she needs to be retrained! Do NOT bother me AT ALL if my do NOT disturb sign is on!! Checkout is at 12!!!! Do NOT bother me BEFORE 12 especially if the do NOT disturb sign is there!! FIX THE BACK FOB SCANNER!!! I had the same request in Dec 2023!! I ALWAYS pick a room by the door in the back and arrive late and should NOT have to walk all the way to the front because my mobile key will not scan!! This is a safety issue and needs to be fixed!!!! (Other guest can be irritating consistently, loud in the halls and sleep apnea machines STARTED at 4 am!!!)

Bed was very comfortable. Room clean. Great location , close to everything. Breakfast was typical. Wish they had potatoes. Only issue I had was that the pool was always full of rowdy kids and the hot tub wasn't working . One of the Main reasons I chose this hotel was for the hot tub. Staff very friendly and helpful. Once hot tub is fixed I will definitely be back.
