found a roach 🪳 was going to cook breakfast and found a roach crawling over my counter all they could do was provide bug spray and not until “later in the day” roach crawled up my wall and into my cupboard and i dont think thats the only one. smh expected better than this

My experience was very horrible i was going back in fourth with corporate office because staff told me one thing and blamed it on other staff when it was the black lady fault and i was told one amount was due and than told something it was a different amount There is a very bad roach issue and black mold issue i brought this issue to staff they didnt care so i contacted the health department and sent all my pictures. Staff is very rude and racist the lady made a racist remark i reported it to the corporate office. Do Not Stay at this place check your bank statements they take what they want Bed Bugs extremely bad. I also reported it to the better business bureau for a fraud alert 😡 and they are investigating it. BEWARE

I am writing this from my car due to me being stranded with no place to go. I was in Kalamazoo for work and I had to be at work from 3pm-3am which unfortunately fell within the the check-in time. On the website, I saw that when it came to early check in, you could call or it could possibly be a fee. I arrived an hour and a half early and asked if it was possible to check in early and the lady at the front desk didn’t even stand up from the back and just shook her head no. I explained to her my situation and told her I wouldn’t be able to get off till 3am and arrive no later by 3:30am and she reassured me that I would still be able to check in. However, that was not the case. I am in a hospital, I was on my feet for 12 hours and I wanted to be able to take a shower and lay in a comfy bed but no I am in the back seat of my car till 9am for a manager because an employee didn’t know their policy. I am extremely disappointed and as you can imagine incredibly frustrated. Hopefully the manager will be able to help resolve this issue. It still left a sour taste in my mouth.

Ramona was on it our room wasn’t ready so I asked for chair (cux I can’t stand that long) was given one five minutes later boom room ready stove top clean refrigerator full-size both beds made up nice clean crisp sheet’s blankets was a-1 had 2 straight chairs a place to hang and put up my clothes bathroom clean✅ only issue I had was nothing best hotel I’ve stayed in thank you Ramona u went above and beyond thank u

I am back for my fourth stay: see previous review dated April 2022. This time, only for about 2-1/2 weeks. Under the new ownership of Extended Stay, prices have gone up a bit, but are still very reasonable. They are between managers at the moment, but Ramona is still here, still doing a great job. . . It is a basic accommodation with the essentials of a hotel room combined with a studio apartment: full-size bed, bedside table w/drawer and shelf, small table/desk, two straight chairs, place to hang clothes, TV w/cable channels, small three-drawer dresser. . . Includes mini-kitchen of full-sized refrigerator, two-burner stove top, microwave. No kitchen supplies, however; you have to buy or furnish those yourself. . . Card-operated laundry on main floor.. . When I reported issues with the TV, the window blinds, and the refrigerator--things any previous occupant should have noticed and could have reported--they were all fixed promptly by the same efficient maintenance guy--Rob--as a year ago. . . I think they should replace the toilet seats throughout with ones that have a cover. It is unsanitary to be flushing toilers with no covers; repeated studies have shown toilet residue gets spewed around the room if there's no cover.
