Tru by Hilton Jackson MI

We stayed on the 4th floor using the keyless entry. We had a minimal contact with the front desk, but she was nice and directed us to the elevator when we first arrived. The room was not huge, but sufficient for one night. Typical fridge and microwave. No coffee maker, but there was coffee and tea in the lobby. The only complaint is no decaf coffee for evening. A/C & Heat controls on the wall. The bathroom was good with counter space, soaps on the wall and a fan. Water in shower was good with plenty of pressure and heat. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Quiet room. Good price and good location. Would stay again when in the area.

This is an okay stay for a low budget single night on the road. Seems to be fairly new facility. Clean room, bedding and bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. But very basic accommodations! No bedside lamps - 3 over bed lights with light switch on one side of the bed. Thin bedding. No extra blanket available at front desk. No closet or luggage rack. No water glasses, ice bucket or coffee maker. Very small room. Desk chair, but not really anywhere to sit in it. There’s actually a sticker on the wall that suggests you store your luggage under the bed - there is about 1 foot of space at end of bed. Breakfast was minimal. Room was quiet. TV and fridge worked.

Where's the Coffee? Was unpleasantly surprised by not having coffee in the room. While all the rest of room was very nice, it could not overcome the lack of coffee and/or tea in the room. I understand that the coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours a day, but that's not in my room.

Wonderful experience! We stayed here one night while visiting Manchester Michigan. This was a clean, beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds, delicious complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. Price was very affordable. Check in and out was easy.

Staff were fast and efficient checking me in while dealing with other guests. Really excellent job of multitasking, I was impressed. Well maintained breakfast area which is staffed. Due to the hard floors in the rooms, it's a slightly less quiet experience, but the floors are really clean because of it. Exceptional value, would stay again.
