My family and I stayed one night at this hotel. The room was huge! We had 2 beds and a sofa sleeper. The bathroom was clean and we had plenty of towels. The front desk clerk was nice and very helpful. There is a Bistro onsite so you don’t Grace to go out for food.

Not great. If you’re traveling for business, good luck with the WiFi. TV kept spinning and stopping, as did my laptop connection. Missed a few calls because my phone was on the WiFi that wasn’t working. When i called for help, I was given a number to call to get the help myself. Been here two hours and still no resolution and I’m tired of even trying. But there’s also not much cell service here, so if you want to be connected might try somewhere else.

My wife had a room booked at this unfortunate hotel. Due to the uncleanliness of the room, my son began breaking out in hives and reacting to pet dander. My wife went to address this issue with the staff who were very rude to her. My wife did not raise her voice. She did not curse. The manager, in turn, kicked her out of the hotel. When I became aware of the situation, I called the hotel. I assume that calls are recorded (I certainly hope so). I did not raise my voice at any time. The first time I asked that they tell me what was going on (especially as I only had my wife's version of events at this time). The manager summarily hung out on me without even responding. He did not answer a single question the second time. I called a third time hoping to at least speak with someone at the hotel. They instead told me that I was "harassing them" and told me not to call again. They did not answer a single question I asked them, despite me not raising my voice, cursing, or even making accusations. I do not consider myself anything particularly special, but I am a Gold Elite member at Marriott and would hope that would at least get someone to tell me what is happening in a stressful situation. If my wife was treated anywhere near as rudely or as arbitrarily as I was treated, then I would like to speak to someone about this situation. This is not the standard that we have come to expect from Marriott over the years.

We booked this property directly by calling the front desk. We booked four rooms at the same time. When we arrived - we were informed that the rate we had confirmed by phone was not the rate we would be paying. There was a parking fee and additional charges. After lengthy discussion - the parking fee was removed but our reservation could not be viewed. At checkout - we learned each room paid a different rate - though they were all double rooms and booked the same way at the same time. We were told on the phone that there was breakfast included- when we arrived we were told it was not included. The “restaurant” was a small counter with most items indicated “unavailable” via post it notes stuck to the menu sign. The room we were told would be available for free for up to three hours for our group was only available with a rental fee when we arrived. The lobby had trash on the floor and leaves and twigs by every entrance. The television did not work without a remote and the remote had been lost for over a month - according to the person behind the counter. Over night five vehicles, including one of ours, were burglarized - and the window was smashed out. The laundry room was out of order. The landscaping was in complete disarray. It was a shockingly poor representation of the Marriott name, and priced well above other hotels in the area. While the room itself was clean / we would NOT stay there again.

I expected a Marriott property to do better than what my experience was. The mattress was more worn than I would have thought. But the big problem was that we had NO room service though we spent three nights. I asked about this upon checkout, and was told that after three nights they come in to clean on the fourth day. I looked in the room and online and saw nothing that would back that up. The room was clean and the environment was quiet and comfortable, but for a hotel of this caliber I expect the best.
