This hotel will attempt to scam you. The hotel staff and manager are rude and nasty. They don't wear name tags and will refuse to give their names. The hotel manager will file erroneous fraud charges against you. Myself or my family will never stay here or any other property that this particular Franchise owns.

We had a great experience and the property is beautiful. We checked in shortly after 3PM and were assisted by Lilly at the front desk. She made our check in quick and easy. She was warm and professional and provided us with all the information we needed regarding the free breakfast and pool hours. We stayed in a suite and the room was spotless, everything looked like new. We had a fridge, microwave and large flat screen TV that swiveled between the king bed on one side of the room and the sofa on the other side. Our room had a beautiful walk in shower with complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of fluffy white towels and an extra blanket in the closet in case we needed it. We used the pool and found it was clean and warm. There were towels provided pool side for our convenience. We slept well in the large king bed and felt the mattress was just right, not to firm and not to soft. We woke early and went down to the lobby to enjoy the complimentary hot breakfast. There were plenty of options like freshly made Belgian waffles, eggs and sausage patties. I had some French toast sticks and a ice cold glass of orange juice. The breakfast area was comfortable with lots of seating. In addition the man that was putting out the breakfast items was quick to refill anything to make sure everyone got what they needed. He was also cleaning through the time we were in the breakfast area to keep it clean for the guests. We finished out breakfast and advised the front counter we would be checking out. If you need a hotel in the Grandville area this is the place to stay! Thanks to the great staff and wonderful accommodations we rate this 10+

The experience we had is the exact reason we are Hilton Honors members. Everything was great. Clean common areas, quiet clean room. Work out room was top notch. Many different types of equipment, including a Peloton which I enjoyed trying out. Treadmills all worked too. Lots of selection for weights. Friendly service at every turn. Lots of fresh fruit at breakfast, plus the usual. Saw tables getting cleaned regularly. Lots of diamond member parking spots. Even had herbal tea in the room with the coffee. And a hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Due to extended family downsizing we now need a place to stay when we visit GR and happy to come back and stay for our next visit.

Not even sure where to begin. From start to finish this hotel was top notch. The cleanliness is incredible. The staff was so welcoming and helpful throughout. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Beds were very comfortable and shower had great pressure. Many times you don’t look forward to a hotel stay. I can assure when I return for a week next month I’ll be staying here without a doubt!

I was thrown out of this hotel because my room was dirty and I asked for a new one. There's more to it than than, but I needed to get your attention. I've never been treated this horribly anywhere. I'm Hilton Diamond Member. I travel for work and stay in Hilton brand hotels exclusively. I sleep in Hampton Inn beds more than I do my own. My room wasn't ready when I arrived, even though my Hilton Honors app notified me hours earlier that it was ready. When I told the front desk clerk that my room wasn't ready, he looked at his computer and told me that I had already checked in. He completely refused to listen as I explained at least 4 times that I checked in on the app, went to the room, found that it hadn't been cleaned, and that I needed a new room. His only response...every time that I explained it, was that I was already in his system and that he couldn't help me. That's it...he refused to help me. He escalated the situation by sighing heavily, gesticulating, rolling his eyes, and becoming increasingly insulting and childish. It turned into a yelling match with him calling me names and blaming the entire situation on me. I took a business card for his manager and he said, "oh you wanna take cards? If you're gonna take cards, then you find another place to stay. Leave." He told me that he canceled my reservation. I called Hilton Honors support line and was informed that he had actually NOT canceled my reservation and that my card was going to be charged for the stay. As of this writing, I have not been reimbursed. I can't believe that I'm writing this. If I had a video of how he was treating me, it would go viral. I've never encountered a person like this young man. How can any hotel put someone like this at their front desk? This guy refused to help me, threw me out and kept my money. That's what kind of hotel this is. Do not stay here. I wouldn't trust this hotel. I can't rate this experience low enough.
