Tru by Hilton Grand Rapids Airport

Super easy to stay at this Hilton! Stacey at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and pretty straight forward; no frills, but everything I needed. The bed was comfortable with multiple pillows to choose from. I left too early for the breakfast (4:30 am), A shuttle to the airport with 1 week free parking- Deal!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They definitely go out of their way to help accommodate their guests needs! The hotel is in a great location, as it is near the airport. Overall the hotel was nice, although the rooms could be a little bit cleaner.

I checked in online at noon for a late arrival. When we got to the hotel, I used my digital key to get in the room when we arrived. They ended up sending me somewhere else and are telling me that it will be at my cost. This is three worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Excellent. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Extremely clean facility. We had to shift to a 2 queen room because of overlooking, but that was fine. I had some minimal leaking because of my error operating the shower. The worst part of the stay was the mattresses shifted and were softer than our preference. Overall I would absolutely stay again and recommend. We are doing the Park and Stay, so we will see how that goes in a week.
