Found a discounted rate so we decided to stay here instead of our regular hotel. It looks like they left in the middle of a renovation or something. There was 1 luggage cart for the whole hotel, the lobby is half finished w/ missing trim pieces, the TV's cable isn't plugged in, the surround for the fireplace is nonexistent. The pool was nice and warm, which is a plus. The hallways seem dingy, the rooms also seem dingy. Our room still had the Hampton clocks from the 2010s, not to mention ours didn't work. The beds were squeaky whenever you turned over. It just was overall a mediocre experience. I feel like this hotel could be close to losing it's Hilton flag and converting to a Comfort Inn or something.

The hotel was clean and in good order. The location is very close to the main highway and downtown areas. Despite this closeness to the highway, the room was quiet. The front desk staff were indifferent but not unpleasant. I was disappointed to find the pool was closed; it was the reason I spent more on this hotel than others nearby. There wasn't any notice of this until arrival. No discount or other attempt for any other consideration for this missing amity was offered.

Handicap room number 123. Room was quiet, could not hear anyone in the hallway or adjoining rooms. Air-conditioning was sufficient. Nice new flooring at the entrance of the room, but the carpet in the room needs to be replaced. Husband found the bed to firm. I have a hip injury and I woke up without pain, so I appreciated that. The fitted sheet had a small rip in it, window shade had small holes in it. Digital key did not work on exterior of building, just the room itself. Breakfast was the best Hampton breakfast I have had since the pandemic. Bathrooms have the Hampton bath products which have a masculine scent, so ladies bring your own bath products. Room was clean. Plenty of pillows and towels! Thank you!

This is a very tired, dilapidated hotel. Stains on the carpeting, sheets that did not fit properly on the bed, the list goes on. My granddaughter found a press-on nail on the floor. The rooms were not clean. The breakfast was not up to Hampton Inn standards.

The room was dirty. We had what appeared to be blood on our sheets. When requested new sheets they brought to the room and handed it to us. The shower had some sort of pink slimy stuff all over it. The bathroom towel holder was hanging off of the wall. There was dust on everything. Counters were not wiped down, what appeared to be crumbs on it. The carpet was stained and in poor condition. It was the 4th of July so they jacked the price to 309. 00 for the room. It was not worth the price. This is not a good representation of a Hampton Inn. I may never return to a Hampton after this experience.
