Greg at Monarch Club was absolutely amazing! His recommendations were fantastic and I loved the vibe. Super cute cozy bar with great, personable staff. On the top floor of the beautiful Element hotel right in the center of downtown for a breathtaking view!

Awesome stay at the Element, on December 27th. Big shout out to Antoine (valet), Daniel and Ricka (front desk), took the time to explain everything needed to make our stay the best. Looking forward to seeing them at our next stay... keep up the great work!

Checked in December 8th and had the pleasure of being helped by associate Daniel. He was polite, informative on places to eat or go to in area. Told about the Monarch Club and hrs. Received a rm with nice view and was just very warning. Definitely made our check in pleasant. Great service for hospitality.

Extremely Clean hotel. Centrally located in downtown Detroit. Extremely kind and professional staff. Special shoutout to Tiarra at the front desk. She was a rockstar and made sure we felt welcomed. Breakfast was solid also. Would definitely be coming back.

Best ambiance ever. I had the pleasure of meeting Ricks at the front desk and she was phenomenal. Charle in food services made those potatoes and sausage taste like top shelf delicatessen. I highly recommend staying here. The roof top was amazing.
