Extended Stay America Suites Detroit Canton

Preparing for a family wedding, the shower and bath of our room were damaged and not working. Could not bathe or clean up. This was not apparent when checking in. We could not get management of the hotel to help, as their response was that no other rooms were available and that no repairpersons were available on the weekend. My family was forced to find alternative hotel to stay. We are aware that on site persons are not responsible for what they can do in any situation. However, they made no effort to help. Travel booking agent made less than minimal effort to help. Their customer service was non-extant, we are at least, demanding compensation for a room we could not and did not use.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. The staff at the front desk is amazing. They are friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I enjoy staying here and I would pick this hotel every time.

Extended stay is the one hotel i would like to live after my home, as they make ur stay similar to ur home. House keeping staff keeps the rooms spic and span and fresh during covid-19 era. Louise from housekeeping service makes the room very good. 10/10 for her service.

The room had not been cleaned very well, they were several items obviously left by the prior occupants. There were no drinking glasses provided, when we asked for some we were given one plastic glass and told that was all there were. When we asked for eating utensils we we given two plastic forks and two plastic spoons. We went to the local Dollar Store to purchase disposable glasses.

Angela and Brooke are very nice and knowledgeable representatives for this Location. Angela and Brooke are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay! The place is very clean and neat. Jerome Chapman
