Excellent hotel staff! Patty is the best! Highly recommend this hotel, can’t say enough good things about our experience, nice workout room, great pool to swim in. Our rooms were very clean and well maintained. 5 stars and I’ll be staying here again!

This hotel is just nasty! The rooms suck! I’m here now and the mattresses all have stains on them that are visible. I am sick to my stomach that I have to be here for 5 days due to work. I already changed rooms once and this one is worse than the one before. Don’t stay here if you want to be comfortable.

Kat was amazing! She was so polite and helpful during our stay with the Illinois Men’s Gymnastics team! She made sure all of the food was hot and fresh throughout the time it was available and was very quick to clean up or provide any assistance that she could!

Very friendly check in. Only issue was I had made the reservation with 1 pet as the website said “pet friendly”. I seen nothing about a $75 pet fee which I was charged at check in. After driving for 4 hours for surgery in the am, my husband and I had no choice but to pay it for our little dog. Overall our room was nice, our dinner at the restaurant was fine, and the hotel was very quiet.

There is nothing that sets this hotel apart from the run of the mill suburban 3-star motel. It is more expensive than neighboring ones, and I somehow thought doubletree would be a notch better. The staff was among the rudest I have encountered of late so they lose a point for that. The HVAC is horribly noisy, and the room turns very hot even when you set the thermostat below 65. No bright spots here.
