Baymont by Wyndham Auburn Hills

I can't even tell you how filthy this place was I had paid cash for my sister to stay in their one night she had just had a liver transplant couple weeks prior to this day at the motel needless to say it was nasty there was feces all over the bathroom and we called the front desk to ask if they could send housekeeping up to clean the feces so that she wouldn't get sick and they refuse not only did they refuse but she paid cash for her room and I have the proof however they wouldn't give her her refund the place was nasty the phone didn't work even so they got real nasty about not coming up and cleaning the feces that was smeared all over the bathroom but they called the police on my sick sister and said she had to leave the premises but they would not refund her money you couldn't pay me to stay in a place like that now the Red roof inn at 1294 North opdyke Rd. I suggest everyone should check the room out before it's paid for and make sure that there's no dog or human feces in your room that Red roof inn was filthy. They could have even gave her another room but they even refused to do that the people there are also just as nasty as the rooms. The officers that came to her room to let her know she had to leave the premises was actually gagging the officer almost got sick himself when he seen it. It was worse than terrible.

Total pit!!! Lobby staff was more interested in their phones than helping residents. Quite loud from the parking lot which was not controlled after a call to the office. I had to sign a quiet agreement and that was a big flag not to stay there. Filthy room, no front desk help, loud and too much pot smoking. Never again to stay here

This hotel and staff were awful. It wasn’t what was advertised… it also had mold, mildew, cigarette stench, run down, broken tiles, broken lamps, dirty floors, sketchy run down dump! And total lack of service, refusal to refund when reservation was refused! Never again!!!

We booked just to have somewhere to sleep off the concert we attended, so we weren’t looking for glitz and glamor. The bed was comfy and the amenities worked. Now looks wise, blah. Water damage, outdated, sketchy stairs. All in all, decent stay. We even got to see the infamous siding patched door 🤣🤣🤣

My stay at this hotel was not as expected . Check in took forever,when we finally checked in and headed to our room ,so I decided to sleep on the chair because the bed had stains all around , ¬ enough towels
