If I could give a 0 rating I would. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality, customer service, basic hotel standards were SEVERELY lacking. The smell of pot in the hallway of the 2nd room I had to be switched to, guests smoking weed vapes in the elevator, bedding that smelled of cologne. Hotel staff racing to cut me off in a rush to get to wherever they were going. NONE of the staff greeted or spoke to me nor other guests when in close proximity. The front desk manager's lack of active listening. The first encounter with front desk attendants having a personal conversation and not acknowledging me until I introduced myself. None of the front desk staff asking any questions to find out how they could be of service even AFTER bringing issues to their attention, making excuses for the lack of quality service. I had to be switched to a 3rd room. The time clock in the 3rd room was still an hour behind, so it wasn't updated to reflect Daylight Savings. Cleaning staff and other guests making enough noise at 830am on Sunday morning as if at a school playground during recess. No attempt from the front desk manager to offer anything as an apology for the inconveniences--not an apology, not a credit, not a complimentary offer of a meal, a bottle of water, nor was I offered the warm cookie the site says you get during check-in. I went so I could rest and get work done. None of which happened. I've submitted feedback and will file a complaint with corporate and will be disputing with my credit card company. 0/10

I originally reserved a room at the Ramada by Wyndham Baltimore West, but that place was trash. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund and rebooked at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Baltimore - BWI Airport. The hotel was clean, which was my primary concern. However, the television didn’t work and it displayed a “no signal” message. Not a big deal. What was a big deal, however, was the incompetence of the front desk staff. When I checked out at 3:30 AM this mornin (3/15/25), I requested an invoice and was told it would be emailed later. When I finally received it, I noticed my address was incorrect. I called, provided the correct address, and they resent the email—with the same incorrect address. I called again, explained the issue, provided my correct address once more, and—again—they sent it with the wrong address! After a third call, one of the front desk agents finally corrected it. Not the kind of hassle I expected on a supposed day of rest.

It wasn't the greatest. I can't see myself coming back. There were a lot of issues that I can try to summarize: Kids: You advertise yourself as kid friendly, but I see no way, shape, or form that this hotel is kid friendly other than having an outdoor pool (which was closed in December) and offering free cookies upon check-in. There was also no complimentary breakfast. Now, I realize this is not your fault. The website says on-site restaurant. But your website ALSO says “Eden's offers a daily breakfast buffet with a variety of breakfast selections”. No, it did not! There were no buffet options. Only a restaurant menu to choose from. There wasn’t much options for the kids to eat that they like, and the thing that stands out the most is no drink options for the kids. They had coffee and water. No juice or anything that kids might enjoy with breakfast. I was VERY disappointed by this. Pets: The location is indeed pet friendly. That was the main purpose for our selection to this establishment. Room: I’m not going to be completely negative for the sake of starting drama. This is an honest review. The beds were VERY comfortable. We were able to get good rest. But the room itself was a little run down. A broken tile in the bathroom and some frayed carpet in the room. The bathroom didn’t have an extrication fan. And the worst part of it was that the room WREAKED of marijuana. We stayed on the 7th floor and the hall had a small odor, but honestly the worst was in the entry of our room. Either it was coming from the connecting room door of our neighbor, or what we most likely think is that it was seeping through the ventilation system in the bathroom. The bathroom had a vent, but it wasn’t a switched fan that we could turn on. The switch only controlled the light. Without having a fan to pull out the air or moisture, we think it was allowing odors to come into the room. If it was an always on fan, then we couldn’t hear it and it could have been pulling odors in the room from somewhere else. Hotel: The hotel looked nice as far as presentation in the lobby. One of the elevators was down and being worked on (no big deal there). Our floor (the 7th floor) looked run down. The wallpaper was separating by the elevator (it had a hollow spot that needed repair) and the hallway had damages in it. Staff: The front desk staff was absolutely AMAZING! They were very friendly and helpful with information. The airport shuttle was also extremely helpful and helped us with our connecting flights the next day. Letting our pets stay was nice, and we are loyal Hilton members. However, with the lack of accommodations and the price of the restaurant, I don’t think we could recommend anyone to stay here or return for another stay.

I went to this hotel because it was close to an event i was attending. I was very disappointed. The room was clean but it was noisy. The elevator door is loud and the refrigerator makes noise. Please make sure you read the reviews before booking this hotel.

I’ll be brief. The hotel suck and the hospitality was anything but hospitable. After a long day of travel, expecting to get a double queen they decided to give my room to someone else and convince me that a family of 4 should sleep in a king. After explaining to the front desk that this was unacceptable, the lady at the front desk begin to raise her voice out of frustration because I refused to go along to get along. So now it is 1:00 AM my wife, two children ages 2 and 9, are scrambling to find a hotel. I ended up finding a hotel at triple the cost.
