Parking was good. Check in easy. Asked for a quiet floor because there were many teens playing in the common area. We were moved to the fourth floor. It smelled of pot. Woke up to yelling in the hallway. People fighting loudly. Dogs barking. Called downstairs and someone came up to quiet it down. Worst part was the bed and mo extra pillows. Asked for a pillow topper and they said they didn't have any. I have stayed at other Marriotts in the area. Never again this one.

The mattress was terribly uncomfortable. It was a spring mattress, very outdated. Any time my husband moved, it would shake the entire bed. Most hotels I've stayed at have transitioned to foam mattresses. This mattress seems like it was from the 1970s. The walls were also very thin. A small child was crying next door at night, which I have empathy for, but they might as well have been in our room. There was no coffee at breakfast and no real desire to resolve the issue quickly. The elevators sounded like they were going to break when stopping at each floor. The room was clean, so I very much appreciated that. This is a very overpriced hotel that does not deliver on quality.

My standard spot whenever I am in the area. Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is friendly. I wish the AC was not one of those wall units, though. It is a bit loud right next to the bed. The walls are thick enough that I do not hear the neighbors, which is a big plus. Breakfast is pretty average, but if a bagel and yoghurt is all your are after, it works. There are some food options acros the road and a large grocery story only a couple miles away.

We stayed as a family at this hotel during our roadtrip. It has all standard amenities and has classic Springhill look and feel. The rooms are very spacious and good decorated. Service is very friendly. However, it is clear that the hotel is getting old and needs some renovations soon. Still recommendable.

Here is our checklist for our hotel stay: Room-the room is just overpowering with bad smell. Chemical spray that covers a wet carpet smell. The room and bed looks clean but can’t get the weird smell Bed-just ok Refrigerator-yes Microwave-yes Breakfast-yes but they only healthy options. Everything turkey or white eggs only. No normal options. Bathroom-clean Toilet-clean/doesn't clog Shower-ok, needs to be upgraded. Air-condition - works good/not noisy Smell - very bad smell in the room. Springhill suites have gotten downhill. Area is somewhat safe. View-no Pool - no pool, no gym Built-2009 Price $145/night/summer/Sunday Overall, this is not a good hotel to stay. We recommend staying off from this property. The smell just so overpowering and not worth it. They don’t even have a pool and a gym at the time we stayed. Front desk told us that they share pool with the other hotel property next door which is very weird and unheard of. Breakfast is free but whats the use if theres no option. Just serve normal breakfast items. This is one of the worst hotel we stayed at. Never again for Springhill Suites.
