It pains me to write a bad review of any establishment but I feel obligated in this circumstance. First, I must state clearly that the staff of this hotel were excellent, from the check-in folks, to the valet, to the kitchen staff. They were perfect. The hotel was also impeccably clean; the lobby, the breakfast space, the room, bathroom, the beds - all meticulous. Virtually every aspect of my poor review has to do with the location of this hotel and the challenges associated with that. Right around the corner from this hotel were numerous strip clubs, adult novelty stores, etc. and sadly, the typical "hangers on" that mill about such places. There were clusters of homeless folks and people clearly struggling roaming about, just around the corner from the main entrance to the hotel. While I empathize with this societal dilemma, it is not an environment I would prefer to spend the night in. Throughout the night, there were frequent disturbances right outside our first floor room (street level) that made for 2 poor night's sleep. There were also people literally yelling in the wee hours of the morning in the lobby/hallway of the first floor. I could not help but feel that these were folks who had somehow wandered into the hotel after a night of partying (or worse). The very unique layout of this hotel is such that ALL of the first floor rooms are literally right off of the lobby but this visually stunning architecture created an echo chamber that made even loud speaking, never mind yelling, very unnerving. It felt, at times, unsafe. Again, I have no desire to blame anyone for this poor review. I DO wish that among all of the hundreds of reviews that I read regarding this hotel that someone had been honest enough to mention these very significant issues. To me, it degrades the legitimacy of Trip Advisor as a whole to NOT be honest.

Myself and my family stayed here to celebrate Eidul Fitr 2025, Muhammad allowed us to check-in early once we arrived from Washington DC. This hotel's location is close to the Inner Harbor as well as walking distance to some good restaurants, stores etc. Our rooms was clean and spacious. Once again Muhammad took care that we connecting rooms. The valets was great as well if we decide to come back to Baltimore again we plan to stay there again.

While the hotelās amenities (location, room size, cleanliness, breakfast buffett etc.), are great, I was really blown away by the welcoming, friendly, genuine attitude of their staff. I arrived early and requested them to hold my baggage so I could go for a lunch meeting and return around 3pm. John (reception) quickly checked and informed my my room was ready, and that I could check in if I desired. Likewise, the ladies at the breakfast room were courteous and pleasant keeping the place clean for us. Finally, the general manager, Hesham Nagy was super professional. The leader sets the tone for the organization. The ownership and the management (Hesham Nagy) clearly understand this. I used to stay at the Hilton because it is close to the light rail station from the airport, but I now stay at Staybridge (even though it is a 15 minute walk) in order to support a good, more local business

Once again a wonderful stay at the Staybridge Baltimore Inner Harbor. The front desk is always welcoming. And Rossy fixes a tasty snack/ appetizer for everyone to enjoy free of charge Monday -Wednesday afternoons. And sheās up early in the morning for a great breakfast spread. Really itās truly everything you can imagine and want -fresh fruit, eggs several ways, hash brown potatoes, waffles, cereal , sausage or bacon, oatmeal (not the packets but freshly made), yogurt bar, muffins, etc. Iāve seen kids eyes light up seeing all the choices! Our room is always immaculately cleaned and plenty of room. Bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette is fully stocked. Full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, all plates/cups/ utensils and cooking pots. An easy two block walk to the inner harbor. My husband and I feel very safe walking the area. You can even walk down to Fells Point or Little Italy if youād like. Phil and Earl always greet us by name when we pull up for valet parking. We have stayed here for over 40 nights the last year and a half due to needing to be at Hopkins hospital for surgery and appointments. This is like a second home to us during what can be a stressful time. The people here at Staybridge make us feel welcome and comfortable. You wonāt go wrong choosing The Staybridge at Baltimore Inner Harbor.
