Terrible Experience – Avoid! Room was dirty on arrival, and the entire hotel reeked of smoke and weed, especially in the corridors. Despite advertising breakfast as included, there were no breakfast facilities open. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and clearly unhappy to be there. There are plenty of other hotels nearby—do yourself a favor and choose one of them. Wish I had checked other reviews first. Avoid at all costs!

The cleaning lady never cleaned my room I had to repeatedly tell them to if she can clean my room & it smells like marijuana through out the halls and the front door are broken so I have to wait for someone at the desk open it and it was very cold outside

We were in town for a night to attend a concert. The hotel was very convenient to the arena. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and inviting. That's a great start when you enter a hotel! Our room was super clean and modern. The extra touches during the renovation clearly stood out! Bathroom lighting was perfect. Our only gripe was the so-called continental breakfast or lack thereof. There was cereal without milk, no napkins, no water or juices and an empty fruit bowl at 8:00 a.m. Very dissappointing. However, it will not keep us from rebooking in the future!

The room was nice but stains on comforter. Bathroom had a weird bell when u turned on light. TV wasnt working. Continental breakfast very diassapointing. It was poptarts and fruit bars. Coffee was out. Hot water was out. We had to go out for breakfast and had factored that cost into the room. Valet and front desk service was good.

I had in mind the quality of the Royal Sonesta, but it is not the same. Took me 1/2 hr to get someone at concierge for check in. There was already smell of weed in the concierge area, but I thought it was from the street. But next morning there was such strong smell of weed in the corridor that triggered my asthma. Noisy clientele with loud music. Breakfast is worse than a 1 star hotel. It is best not to have it, than providing a plastic bottle of milk on ice, a couple of muffins and some pop tart on a plate. There is no restaurant (and no in room service) which seems to be there from the pictures. Good photographer of the amenities, too bad they are not there. Or perhaps this is what it was in the past. It is not that now. The current hotel conditions are not worth what they charge. If is under renovation, price should be dropped to reflect the real conditions of the hotel.
