Courtyard by Marriott Woburn Boston North

The reception staff provided exceptional service during check-in. Diana at the restaurant was particularly attentive, and I received outstanding service at the bar, where I savored delectable meatballs. While the hotel exhibits some signs of age and could benefit from renovation, its proximity to the highway compensates for the lack of nearby walking amenities. Despite these minor considerations, I would consider staying at the hotel again.

Faousia is AWESOME! I’ve had to stay here intermittently over the past few months, and every morning I get coffee and sometimes breakfast if time allows. Faousia is such a hard worker, very professional, customer-forward and detail oriented! Aside from that, on 03/11/25, I was VERY SAD TO FIND OUT THE EVENING COOKIES ARE NO WHERE TO be FOUND. That truly is causing some hesitation on whether or not I’ll stay here. But thankfully this Marriott still has exceptional employees such as Faousia to keep us coming back! p.s. please bring those exact same chocolate chip cookies back!

Great location, near restaurants and highway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, room was spacious and well kept. Breakfast in the morning was good and attendants were friendly. Sharon at the front desk was awesome very nice and offered great recommendations for dinner! Thank you Sharon!

I would rate this hotel very highly. The staff was great, very helpful and polite. Hotel very clean inside and out. Room was great, very comfortable. Only complaint was the maid service as our room was not made up until almost 2:30 in the afternoon which was inconvenient because we had a wedding to go to early that evening.

Stayed for one night, with my mom, to be close to the airport. We were in a double room and both of our beds were WET. When I sat on the edge of my bed, I got up and my jeans had a wet spot on the butt. At first I thought I must have spilled water in the rental car and didn't think it was the bed. It wasn't until later when we got into bed for the night that we realized it was actually the beds. It felt like having extreme night sweats all night. Just laying on a damp bed is so unpleasant. Since we were checking out at 3 am and my mom is elderly, we decided to just deal with it and not try to change rooms. We spoke to the receptionist at our 3 am check out and showed her a picture. She was not at all concerned. So, I called the hotel once I returned home, the same day, and was told I would receive a return call from the manager the next day. After 3 days not hearing back, I called again and found my number was on some sort of "do not answer" list. I called several times and the one time someone picked up I heard an employee in the background say "hang up". So I used my husband's phone and suddenly I got through the first time. SO sketchy! The manager said that they had checked the beds and decided that me and my mom were lying about the beds being wet. He asked ME why the beds were wet. Needless to say, after going round and round with him (Mina, I hope your bosses see this) he refused to do anything to change our room rate or reimburse us for an incredibly unpleasant stay. Spend your money elsewhere.
