Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Cod West Yarmouth

Terrible hotel, staff, and service. The location isn't really ideal, and the rooms were not that great. Other than breakfast time, the coffee in the lobby is always old and luke warm. My biggest issue with this hotel was the gym. They open at 6AM (i think?), and this is a normal fitness facility that every other hotel has and is 24/7 accessible. This hotel for some reason only opens at 6am and doesn't allow guests to workout earlier. This to me is so asinine especially since many blue collar workers staying at the hotel usually start work around 6am. This wasnt my first rodeo, so when i checked in i let the manager know i'll be working out (i forgot her name she said she had a son and daughter very competitive) and she said its fine. Anyways, i get up to workout at 4 , this rude lady at the front desk (Bethany) says she wont allow me to workout at that time, and " maybe around 5". i asked what difference would 4:15AM have with 5AM if both times she's "doing me a favor" and opening it beforehand, she didn't have an answer. This lack of internal communication between the hotel staff was lame, and the whole policy is lame in my opinion. I'm a Diamond VIP with Hilton for i think 13 years straight now, this isnt to throw my status , but to show that i stay at ALOT of hotels, and this hotel is the only one with this strict policy that doesn't even make sense. Funny enough, the pool which they have doesn't have a lifeguard , so they cant be too worried about safety? Terrible stay and i will not be staying with them again (this particular one, i'll still be loyal with Hilton).

This Hampton Inn is one of the best I have stayed in. The room was immaculate, bathroom well stocked and extremely clean. The breakfast room was lovely, and very comfortable. All the food selections were hot when supposed to be; cold when necessary. Plenty of everything wanted or needed. This is a top choice when in this area. Stayed 2 nights, was great. Warm cookies were a real plus to enjoy back in your room with a little water pot that was wonderful to make a nice cup of tea after touring. Kudos to Hampton for a 5+ experience.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn this past Friday. Convenient location near shopping, restaurants and on the local road. And also 5 min from Hyline and steam ship ferries to Nantucket. Though the area is busy the hotel was so quiet. Clean comfy rooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. Ample parking on site. The breakfast buffet had a variety of good food. Would highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Room was very clean and in excellent condition, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Good bed and pillows. Obviously, it's a Hampton, so it's not a luxury hotel -- but it's it great condition and comfortable. Has a pool (kinda small) and fitness room (also small). Breakfast is the usual Hampton style, but perfectly fine. Only negative, and this is minor, is that you can hear the small planes taking off from the local airport starting at 7:00 AM -- so bring earplugs and you'll sleep through it. Honestly, I was expecting more wear & tear at a Hampton Inn on the Cape, but this place is in very good condition. Might have been renovated fairly recently? or they're just keeping up with maintenance.

Very nice and extremely clean hotel! Close to downtown Hyannis and the ferries. Breakfast was better than your typical Hampton and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious and they have full size amenities with small kitchenette and sitting area.
