Hampton Inn & Suites Watertown Boston

As a 30+ year Hilton customer, I have to say, this is one of the top 3 Hampton Inn properties that I’ve stayed at. I’ve now been here 3 times. Rooms are clean, large, and modern. Location is convenient and surrounded by good restaurants. A short drive to Wicked Bagels is recommended. Prices fluctuate but you can often get a room here for under $200/night.

I will continue to book my sports teams' stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Watertown as this is a great location, with awesome service, and many of attractions nearby. The groups and sales department are very professional and helpful. I enjoy working with Maya and Raegan and highly recommend reaching out to them for all your group needs.

I do not recommend this hotel upon international arival they were rude angry Blunt, they overcharged me when I asked them about the overcharge they got even more angry manager is impossible to deal with unless you are stroking his ego...... I do not know where the breakfast is, where the tea and coffee-making facilities are, where the water is..... I do not know anything because of the mistreatment at the front desk..... I was too scared to ask any further questions Location although around a lot of restaurants is nowhere near Boston downtown

The hotel location was out of the way of Boston proper but still close enough to be accessible to all the major points of interest. Also, there are quite a number of shops and restaurants right around it or across the street so it’s still a win on that end. The biggest standout for us was that the hotel itself was quite clean and modern ( overheard the front desk clerk saying it’s only been open 2 years). The only complaint ( if I can even call it that) was that our room was a bit far down the hall since they have quite a bit of rooms on each floor. Nonetheless, great stay.

Hotel was clean and appointed nicely. Breakfast was good. Nice lobby area. Excellent guest service. Special shout out to Mitchell D. Who helped us with our reservation Amazing service. Was good option when going to event in the city. Would return
