La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield MA

Comfortable beds and very friendly front desk staff! The included breakfast buffet was nice and convenient. The highlight of our stay was the cute hotel bar and Kim the best bartender ever! She made such great drinks and we had wonderful conversations, it was like we were visiting an old friend in their home bar. In town for our son’s travel hockey tournament and it was great to wind down at night.

A great choice. Room was great. Beds were comfortable. Room was fairly spacious. The only complaint was the TV and the Internet, but other than that, everything else was great. Be sure to check out the hotel bar. A fun stop on the way back to our room

Upon departure, we were sitting in the lobby waiting for our pickup ride when someone came into the hotel with an off-leash dog that ran over and jumped up on us. It was shocking. This happened in front of two front desk staff members and they did nothing about it. I will NEVER stay in this hotel ever again. p.s. They are renovating the hotel (which is quite dated) and the workers were extremely loud and woke us up on our check-out day (Monday, a work day). So anyone who stays in this hotel Sundays through Thursdays is taking a huge risk.

Had a wonderful experience at La Quinta this weekend! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The free breakfast was great—plenty of options and the area was very clean. Best part of the visit was definitely the staff! Greg and Aisha at the front desk were so cheerful and helpful! And Kim at the bar not only mixed very tasty drinks but also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area (as well as hilarious conversation)! I didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but I did check it out and it also looked very clean. A fantastic experience and great value for the price!

We stay annually and we're always happy with everything, and this time was no different! The room was quiet and the fan at night worked perfectly to keep us asleep and comfortable. We had some hauntingly Hallowe'eny signature cocktails and seasonal Octoberfest beers at the bar two nights in a row, and you'll find the bartender fabulous and friendly! As I sipped my apple/caramel/cinnamon-rimmed seasonal drink (there were many signature cocktails to choose from), I swear I could taste the Fall and Hallowe'en seasons, which was only outdone by the eerie candlelit decorations enveloping the bar. Thank you for your spirit with a side of spirits!
