Holiday Inn Express Plymouth an IHG Hotel

We have been coming to plymouth more than 3 years. This is our first stay at holiday inn express. We definitely coming back, enjoyed our stay, they have all amenities gym , pool, on site guest laundry machines. Comfortable and clean rooms at reasonable price

I wasn't crazy about the location of this hotel, but the quality of service won us over. The staff were all super. I spoke to the manager Danny (Dhani?) (who really should have been taking the day off, but was at the hotel working on a problem. He was a very nice, impressive guy that cared about the way the hotel ran. We had the wheelchair accessible room with the roll-in shower, and the room and shower were more well designed for someone in a wheelchair than the rooms in other places we've stayed.

Stayed here for a night; typical of other high quality Holiday Inn Express locations. The room was large and clean and the breakfast had lots of good options. Had to take off a star because there were only two towels in the room upon arrival and the AC unit developed a rattle during the night.

One night stay that was pretty much perfect! My daughter had gotten us tickets to a show at Pilgrim Hall, and I didn't want to drive an hour home late at night, so this hotel was one of the only ones close by that would take a one night reservation. We spent the morning exploring the harbor, getting lunch, shopping, etc and then went to the hotel to rest, when it was time to check in. Check in was quick and easy, and the lady was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the room was, and it was certainly clean, as was the bathroom. The king size bed was comfy, but I fell in love with the chaise that was also in the room. Very comfy place to relax and nap, before we went to our show. The free breakfast the next morning was very good, and very much appreciated by this family who is trying to watch their money. The location of the hotel is close to shops, attractions and restaurants and despite being located on a busy street, it was very quiet in and around the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a conference to attend just 12 minutes away and chose this hotel based on location, price and reviews - and we also got 4,000 American Airlines miles with it! There was a large shopping center a minute away with a Stop & Shop supermarket and only 6 minutes to the village with all the restaurants. We booked the standard King and was upgraded to the slightly lager King with Sofa. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable and had a large screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, large closet with safe, and a large desk with plenty of outlets throughout the room. Free Wifi worked great. If we had to stay in the area again, we would choose this spot again. What needed Improvement: Breakfast. It was clean and nice but to accommodate vegan diets, there should have been a non-dairy option for milk so we could have at least had cereal. We had to go to the supermarket and purchase oat milk. I explained at the desk, that it would be so easy to provide oat or soy or almond... so many choices but she didn't seem to really care. Especially in a town with so many vegan menus at restaurants I was surprised the breakfast options were so lacking.
