Hampton Inn & Suites Plymouth

Stopped here on my way to a baby shower. Very convenient location, helpful staff (Jill checked me in), very clean quiet room with anything one might need (iron, blow dryer, microwave, and fridge). I would recommend a towel rack near sink. Overall a lovely stay!

The front desk people are amazing, they're very polite. They ask you if you ever need anything. The management team is amazing. You're always there to answer your questions. The housekeeping they're really sweet and nice, and they always ask if you need anything.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for a few nights. It is located in an area where there are a lot of stores and close to what looks like an industrial park. We arrived late afternoon. We did not want to eat at the local chain restaurants, so we asked the associate at the front desk for a recommendation. Her recommendation of East Bay was spot on, and we let her know when we returned after dinner. Our first full day there, I wanted to work out after the long ride the previous day. The workout room was very small. There were a few walking/jogging tracks, a weight station with cables, a stationary bike and unfortunately, no free weights. The stationary bike was one of the most well known brands. I won'r give them any free advertising as they don't need it. I tried to program the bike for a ride, but it asked me to create an account. I put in several user names, but it would not allow me to proceed. I ended up pedaling for a 20 minutes, without being able to know my distance or speed. It was cold and rainy, not a day to be out in Massachusetts, so, we both tried to nap. There was someone working on the room next to us. There was hammering, sawing and it was just generally loud. It was impossible for us to sleep. The free breakfast was fine. As long as I can get coffee, fruit, yogurt, granola and muffins, I am fine. They did offer eggs and a pancake/waffle station. Overall, our stay was fine. The room was clean, and the location was pretty good. The staff was friendly. Not too bad if you are not spending a lot of time in the room.

Best of Plymouth this hotel is it with the best and caring staff who always go above and beyond. One of those stays arrived into Boston on a super delayed flight and came to this hotel without a reservation and Bill the overnight auditor welcomed me as Mr S and not just a diamond member which Is always nice and personal. Ari is always friendly and super helpful as is Jill. ON one occasion, I was not feeling well and just wanted to stay by the warm fireplace and whether it was five minutes or 2 hours, I stayed by the fireplace very comfortable seated. Toby is always kind and helpful as is Lindsey and always come and visit this hotel during my stays in Plymouth. Looking forward to the renovation!

We had a crew of three to four people from Mid-November through Mid-February. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable, and the staff was amazing!! Great Location for a long stay. Restaurants, Grocery Store and Shopping in walking distance. Thank you, Hampton Inn Plymouth!!!
