Where to begin. We booked through Hotel tonite assuming this would be a typical Hampton Inn. We were sadly mistaken. Upon arrival we were told we had 2 double beds. I requested a queen and was told "Well this is what happens when you book with Hotel tonite!" We got into the elevator and made our way to the 6th floor. The hallway was run down and gross. Uppn entering the room the rug was clearly not cleaned. A window was ajar and hard to shut making a whirring sounds all night due to wind. At one point the vents blew and all we could smell was skunk. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything! The furnitue is beyond dated. Now for the worst. I am writing this at 3am because the bed is beyond terrible! Low to the ground. Zero support. The pillows are mush. Sheets super itchy. I would never stay here again and suggest other much nicer hotels in the area such as the Verve.

I have stayed here several times and there is nothing physically wrong with this hotel. It is clean and comfortable .Making reservations has been a difficult process for the past 3 years. It has taken several phone calls to ensure my reservations were correct. This year I made my reservations in mid August, 2 ½ months in advance. I tried to book 2 rooms, both with 2 beds, and initially was told that only one room was available under the PRONE block and they wanted to put 3 people in a room with one king bed. Of course that would not work. Further phone calls resulted in my being able to book 2 rooms with 2 beds. Same room, same days, but was quoted one room would be about $250 more for our stay. This was eventually resolved upon our arrival, but not before numerous phone calls to the Hampton Inn, the Reservations and Events Departments; even being unable to access English speaking voicemail! One time I was sent to a different hotel – the Verve! Complete chaos and frustration. Costs were shared between my traveling companions and we paid accordingly at checkout and received printed receipts. Returned home to find my checking account completely wiped out and in the negative. The receipt I had obtained at checkout did not include the additional charges from Hampton Inn totaling $1,365.80! Of course I called the hotel and was told they could not make this charges go away. So I called my bank dispute department. I was charged in full for both rooms and twice for my room, plus a $400 incidental fee. When the $1365 was refunded, Hampton Inn took out an additional $532 and double charged me for my room. It took numerous phone calls over 4 days to resolve this. At one point I was even asked by the front desk staff if I had ever stayed in a hotel before! Yes! Including this hotel. I am retired and travel quite frequently. Never, ever, have I experienced anything like this. Needless to say I will not be returning to the Hampton Inn Boston/Natick.

Perhaps it was because we were in an accessible room, but the hotel seemed a little sparse. The room and bathroom were very large but there were no decorations and no table. We appreciated the large mounted body wash, hand soap, shampoo, etc. The air conditioner didn't seem to keep the room at a steady temperature. The included continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen - lots of choices except they could have used more fruit options.

The Hampton Inn is not a hotel I would typically select, especially given my frequent travel for sports and arts events. My stay here was profoundly disappointing. Upon arriving, I was assigned room 619, only to find roaches under the ice bucket. The subsequent room ( 627) had ants on the table and flies on the wall, and the third room (638 )had newly hatched spiderlings and what seemed to be mold on the side panels near the A/C unit. Exhausted after a 4.5-hour drive, I finally settled on a room despite its lack of cleanliness, having to clean it myself and finding brown residue on the wipes. Throughout my stay, I was constantly vigilant for bugs, which significantly marred my experience. The linens were inadequately cleaned, and the pillows emitted an unpleasant odor, as if they had been used by numerous people. When I requested fresh pillows, I was instructed to pick them up myself because the desk clerk was working alone and unable to deliver them to my room. While the parking and lobby were satisfactory, the rooms fell drastically short of expectations. The rooms were advertised as including microwaves and refrigerators, but when I inquired about these amenities, I was rudely informed that only some rooms had them, despite all guests paying the same rate.Seems like all rooms to the left the elevator do not refrigerators or microwave. There is a communal microwave in the lobby. The breakfast was substandard, with the waffles tasting like paper and the utensils visibly dirty with food residue. There was no butter spray for the waffles, causing them to stick to the iron. On a positive note, Gilda (evening) and Angelique ( Morning), representatives, were friendly and helpful. While others had a bit of an attitude. The Maid staff may not be the cleanliest but were very nice. However, the overall experience was more reminiscent of a motel rather than a hotel. The Mall is very close ( Across the street), Great restaurants relatively close, 30 minutes away from Fenway Park. No laundry services available in the hotel but there is a laundry mat 5 minutes away that was fantastic. Located a strip mall dollar store, chipotle, Dunkin Donuts and stop n shop etc... The side parking lot team parents tailgated at night an played cornhole. There is a sports restaurant attached to the hotel but they close by 11pm There is a Residence Inn across the street. Next time I would definitely stay there. From the outside view it just looks more clean and welcoming.
