Shot out to David at check-in made sure we had a pleasant visit! Great location, close to Route 9, Mass Pike, the Natick Mall, and the rail trail. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Seemed like it was a busy night but it was very quiet. Will definitely stay here the next time we're in the area.

A clean place, Nice staff. Bar onsite and a breakfast buffet. Cookies upon check in. Easy to get to, and easy for us to drive from there to the Boston Logan airport on an early Sunday morning. The place was busy due to the National collegian regatta scheduled to take place in the region. We did not expect this. This place keeps my faith in Marriott standards.

I visited this hotel for work and stayed for one week. Traveling for work usually doesn’t prompt me to write a review of my stay. I did not expect to enjoy my stay as much as did due to one factor, Korry at the lobby bar. Korry’s customer service and genuine attitude kept me upbeat throughout an otherwise routine work trip. She gave me recommendations on the food and allowed me to talk her ear off about my day at work and my life in general. Korry is an asset at this location an I hope that management will recognize her for her efforts and take into consideration my above experience. I intend on returning to this hotel whenever possible and you should too. Go and see Korry and tip her well.

I booked a room with a King bed and a Queen sofa bed for my wife and I and our two teenage boys. I prepaid for the room and checked-in online early because I knew we would be arriving late. However, when I got there they didn't have the room I booked and gave me two choices, either drive half an hour to another hotel or take the room they had (with a single bed) and be comped for the booking and breakfast. It was really late and my wife was ill and hadn't come with us so I decided to take the comp and share a single king bed with my two teenage boys. I did get the comped breakfast after some back and forth in the morning but almost a month later I still have not been comped for my stay. I have reached out to the hotel on several occasions and nothing. This is terrible customer service! I would rather not have been offered the comp than been made a promise that they clearly never intended to keep.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for three days. I really enjoyed the customer service when my flight was delayed and I asked for my daughter to check in on behalf of me. This process went smoothly, and it allowed me a peace of mind while I was already stressed about my continuous delayed flight. The hotel in general has a nice atmosphere and the front desk staff were professional and approachable. There is a bistro available on the first floor of the hotel which is very convenient although we did not have a chance to check it out. The hotel looks okay externally and internally overall but could use some updated furniture and touch ups in the room. The room was a little smaller than I am used to for a Courtyard Marriott, but the bed was comfortable enough for our three days stay there. There were some hiccups with our room: (1) We had to call the front desk to fix the remote control for the TV; the remote stopped working several times during our stay. (2) There is a refrigerator but no microwave in the room which is very inconvenient, so we ended up eating cold leftovers from when we went out. (3) The bathroom was not cleaned very well: the toilet area smelled like pee, the toilet seat had a strange burn/peeling on it, there was a rust looking stain in the toilet, and the tub had a ring around it. Our stay at this hotel served its purpose; however, the cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to detail especially when cleaning the bathroom area. If we were going to stay there any longer, I would have definitely asked to be moved to another room.
