Courtyard by Marriott Boston Marlborough

Great food and Amanda treats everyone to a morning smile! As far as hotel breakfasts go, you never know if you’ll get real meals. Not an issue here, with a wide selection of cafe options and grab and go options. Then Starbucks is just a sweet bonus on top.

This is a clean and pleasant place to stay, the staff are professional and helpful, and it's really all I'd ask of a business trip hotel stay. Friendly staff at breakfast, and resolved a card issue when I first stayed here. Would definitely recommend to a friend and look forward to checking in and relaxing after a long flight.

Shout out to this wonderful hotel! The staff went above and beyond (Qiana and Haliley). I travel enough to know and dance comps are my least favorite - i never thought i would be leaving a review for a courtyard in the middle of nowhere (no offense) - but I can not say enough - service was Ritz Carlton level. Specifically Qiana and Hailey should be promoted to management - they were so kind and thoughtful, engaging with us from checkin on. Then to top it off they surprised us with some goodies (snacks etc) for my daughter to keep her fueled for her long dance days - with the nicest note. They were so thoughtful and genuine! - really enjoyed our stay and appreciated their kindness. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel. Modern, clean and the basic amenities you’d expected etc to see in a Courtyard. There’s a franchise Starbucks in the lobby and sunrises available near the front desk which is open 24/7. It snowed overnight while we were here and overheard some people complaining about snow removal. For context this was April 12 so the weather was unexpected.

I stay often at the Courtyard Marlborough. What keeps me coming back? The personal service of the front desk and bistro staff as well as the nicely equipped gym in the basement. Amanda is fantastic and does a wonderful job managing an often heavy load in the morning at the bistro. I want to thank her in particular!
