Wish I could do 0 stars. For a new business that caters to families, you would think that they'd be on top of their cleanliness. Took my kids outside to the outdoor terrace to waste time since the pool does not open until 10am (ridiculous, if you have kids you know that they're up at the crack of dawn). All of the toys were broken or missing pieces so you couldn't even play with them. There were cigarette butts, dirty towels, and a bunch of empty alcohol glasses scattered all over the terrace. It was obvious that the place had not been cleaned. The lifeguard on duty at the wave pool either had a very long night or was on something because she kept closing her eyes and head bobbing while on the job. As a parent, that does not sit well knowing that the lifeguard was not with it enough to even keep their eyes open to PROTECT and SAVE someone who may have needed assistance. We also found bugs in our room, I told the front desk, and they didn't seem to care. The amount of one night at this place, you would think that at least a complimentary breakfast would be included. Nope. Nothing is included, so pack lots of snacks! We opted to leave for dinner/breakfast since everything was ridiculously expensive at the hotel. Don't waste your time or money.

I brought my 9 year old and her best friend overnight for a girls getaway. They had the best time! The rooms are beautiful and the water park was so much fun for them! Jayne at the front desk was amazing! We had a very small issue at check in and she took such great care of us!

The family packed into the minivan and headed towards The Cape for a 3 day/two night adventure to Margaritaville (Hyannis) during April's spring recess. We typically stay on The Cape in August so the lack of traffic and ample parking everywhere was such a welcomed treat. OK - onward to the Margaritaville Resort! When I think back to our time at this property about a week ago, almost all facets of it were a huge hit. The staff, no matter where we went (check in, restaurant, Landshark Bar, Breakfast area, housekeeping, life guards, etc.) were overly attentive, incredibly friendly and truly all appeared to be enjoying their jobs. I continuously noticed this throughout our stay. Kudos Management! Rooms were great - we unfortunately waited too long to book so our family of 5 were jammed into a Double Queen room (next time we'll opt for the 2-story bunkbed suite with a pull out). Oh yeah, we're definitely going back later this year - likely November/December. Classic Margaritaville decor - updated, clean - well done! Oh, and by the way - there's a Luke's Beverage Store about 30-seconds up the road if you do happen to get stuck in a double queen room with 3-kids!! The Landshark Bar always seemed open with super friendly bartenders to get you whatever you needed immediately upon entering. We did eat dinner at the restaurant our first night as our kiddos were exhausted and couldn't venture off property. Food was decent, service was good - having to not get into the car and drive someplace was utterly fantastic! A nice perk! Our experiences at the breakfast bar (Is it Joe Merchant's?) were excellent! Coffee was hot and beyond better than average, the kids loved the fairly priced breakfast 'Buffett' ($12 per) which included scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruit, etc. I had a muffin, my wife had a breakfast sandwich. All was delicious but most surprising, it was run extremely efficiently. Little or no waiting and again, all friendly greetings and faces on the part of staff. Well done Management in getting all employees buying in on the mission! And finally, the water park! What a BLAST! Our kids (10, 10, and 8) had the time of their lives. Slides, wave pool and lazy river were their favorites. Great tunes for the adults. Life guards were very attentive. There was a cafe, not fully opened but a beach type shack where you could order food or a cocktail. For us, this is why we got in the car and drove nearly 5 hours to The Cape - in hopes that our kids would have as much fun as they did at the water park. A SUCCESS....and why we'll head back for another trip during the colder months when outside swimming is a non-option. Oh, my lone gripe! I think 3 days/2 nights is an ideal stay - at least for me! Listen, by no means do I think I'm all that pleasurable to gawk at but 3 days of staring at grossly obese Americans splash around started to get to be a bit much as our final hours neared. Our new Director of Health & Human Services sure does have his job cut out for himself.... Great trip!

We had a great girls weekend! The rooms are spacious and pretty. Service was amazing especially from Kelly and Carl! So attentive and fun! Kelly makes a killer spicy mango margarita! We asked for directions to Downtown and suggestions for a future family outing, and both were so helpful!!!
