Pelham House Resort

We just hosted our daughter’s wedding here this past weekend, April 11-13, 2025. I cannot say enough good about the Pelham House facility and especially the staff! Everyone from start to finish was top-notch, and a special thumbs up and “thank you so much” to our coordinator, Tara and all of the culinary team! The accolades from our guests regarding the food were all so absolutely glowing! The Cape Cod experience itself is not meant to be a “big city” vibe. It’s the quaintness, the friendliness, the “class” and the comfort that make it so special. And you sure as heck can’t beat the view! We plan to be frequent dinner/entertainment visitors at The Pelham House. See ya there!

The rooms were lovely and newly renovated. It might be best to stay in an upper room since we could hear the guests above us walking around. The views are absolutely beautiful especially the sunset. The amenities were top-notch. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Pelham on Maine. It's a "renovated" motel. The stay wasn't good at all, the rooms smell so bad like if someone had thrown up and no one cleaned it properly. When I called after the stay to talk to the hotel Manager, they were extremely rude. If you're looking for a subpar stay, sure, but if you're looking for a more elevated experience nothing will beat Chatham Bars Inn.

On the whole, a very nice resort. A little pricey perhaps. Rooms are nice with a sea view. I was a little disappointed in the fact that there were no bathrobes in the room. Also, no food in the morning (opens at 11 am). There’s a nice rooftop lounge/restaurant but I was a little shocked by the prices ($18 for a glass of wine). Would I stay there again! Yes..

I asked for a room with two separate bedrooms and a view. The separate bedrooms worked out great! However, there was no living room. I paid $1,000 per night and expected a living room and a water view for both bedrooms. Only one of the rooms had a deck and view. There was also a wedding there. They only paid $800 per night so I don’t understand why I paid more for basically two beds. When I asked the person at the desk, she said that’s the price. Good location but not worth the money!
