I went just for a weekend business trip, and the sheets and chair had stains on them, the bathroom sink was not clean, fresh bathroom supplies weren't put out, and my key card stopped working three times. I had to go to customer service and have them replace it. There was also no Do Not Disturb sign, so I had no way of telling housekeeping to skip over my room.

Room was tidy and had many nice amenities for a longer stay: small stove, microwave, bbq area, coffee maker, fridge w/ice, etc. But, in my opinion, the hotel staff lacks attention to detail. It was a brief stay for a wake and funeral so I was simply looking for a bed, wifi and television.  Check- in was very slow (10 - 15 mins) because it was the desk agent's first day.  Okay; I guess we all have first days. But, had I not caught the potential error (i.e., asking me for payment, when Id already paid online), Id also have been billed twice. So things didnt begin well and went further downhill from there. The television didnt work. I reported it to front desk.  Said he'd be up to check it.  Waited 45 mins; he never showed up.  Decided to head to the fitness room.  Exercise unit's integrated TV also didnt work.  Went to grab a water from the fitness room.   The cup dispenser was empty.  Not a single cup. Okay, back to room to get a bottle of water. Finished my workout and returned to front desk to report the broken tv again.  Same desk agent to whom Id reported the television not working about an hour earlier, appeared to have absolutely no recollection Id reported it previously.  It was truly bizarre.  In any event, he accompanied me back to the room and confirmed the television was not working.  Offered to relocate me. Since it was then 10pm, Id already settled in and I had a funeral to attend in the AM, I explained my situation and the inconvenience and politely declined.   He instead offered IHG "points" for the inconvenience. I had declined to register for IHG points when I checked-in with him a few hours earlier.  (By that point,  Id have accepted a modest room credit, gone to bed and been content enough, but points would do nothing for me).  I told him Id resort to my cellphone and Netflix.  He said "okay" and left. Great service! Plugged my phone's charger into bedside table lamp's charging port to watch the phone. Of course, the charging port was broken too. Finally, all night long I was woken by loud banging. It was most likely loud self-closing (slamming really) doors. Thankfully, it was only a one-night stay, though one night too many for me. IHG, Im not that hard to please. You need to work on execution.

Exteriors and doors are filthy. Carpets stained and smelled moldy and like cigarettes. Walking across the carpets in socks stained the socks in the 8 hours of being there. The windows were dingy and the mirrors were spotted, as if they haven't been cleaned in a while. The entire building smelled of mold and this weird fish smell. The TV did not work, turns out it was dead batteries on the remote. The shower body wash and hand soap were empty. The windows were dingy and the mirrors were spotted, as if they haven't been cleaned in a while. Definite drug dealings in the pkg lot. Pretty sure that the desk clerk was high on something, so his communication skills was diminished. I was told that I had to pay an additional 47.93 with a credit card after I've already had paid for the room through IHG. I told them that I didn't want to pay that fee as I had already paid through IHG. The desk clerk "ramone" yelled at me saying that if I didn't pay it, that he would cancel the room and there would be no refund for the room payment I had already paid through IHG. He then continued by saying that he would call the police and have me trespassed from the property. I spoke with the "Manager" in the morning when I was leaving and was told that the 47.93 was for "incidentals" and that I would be refunded those funds. And of course they did NOT refund me. I do NOT recommend this hotel or anything operated by "Three Wall Capital" or "Aimbridge Hospitality"

We were there for 4 nights. Refrigerator was broken and for four days they gave us the runaround and never got it fixed. Kept saying that maintenance would be to our room to fix the refrigerator in the morning and if they couldn’t they would switch our room. Maintenance never came and when we asked to change rooms they couldn’t accommodate us because they had no rooms available. We lost tons of food, couldn’t stock the fridge to save money. They shut our key card off at 10:30 when check out wasn’t until 11. Rooms were not fully stocked and when asked for body wash and hand soap it was never delivered. We were given extended day prices which ended up costing $400 a night which was outrageous for the lack of customer service and care they gave us, their guests. My family and I will never stay there again nor will we recommend them to others. Not a vacation rental nor an extended day rental. Just a terrible experience from start to finish

Worst hotel experience I ever had. The room was dark, dingy and depressing. The sink sprayed everywhere and the fridge didn’t work. I asked for a discount to cover our food that spoiled. Mark, one of the managers said he would credit me but he never did. Multiple calls and still nothing. Terrible!
