Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Concord

Stayed two nights for a business trip. Typical Residence Inn, newer hotel, everything worked well. Standard bed, great water pressure. Breakfast had standard offerings, waffles, bagels, eggs, fruit and sausages. Gym was small but had cardio and free weights. Parking was free. Check in and check out was efficient and friendly. Hotel is right off the local freeway and easy to access. Would stay here again!

I checked in unexpectedly due to a sudden evacuation order from my home. I could not have been more pleased with my stay at this site. First, I was welcomed with warm professionalism, a kind acknowledgment of my unfortunate circumstances and proactive help to make me feel at home. Every staff member I interacted with was completely professional and friendly. The facility itself is modern and has a decent sized gym and even self-serve laundry which was helpful given that I was there unexpectedly for two weeks with only so many clothes. There's also a pretty robust pantry/store with essentials for sale. My room itself had a nearly-full kitchen, only missing an oven - even had a dishwasher with soap provided. The bed and couch are both comfortable, the bathrooms are modern, the storage space is ample. It was very quiet in my room, which is important to me. If I couldn't be at home, I can't think of anything that could have made me feel more at home at Residence Inn Concord.

Place is not clean- dishwasher did not work- obviously prior occupants left dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cabinet and staff never bothered to clean. The disposal did not work. Towels are Luke sandpaper , there is no staff except front desk clerk after 6 pm and she was of no help.

Many advantages. The property is in an excellent location. It has a good breakfast, and ample free parking. I stayed 6 times in 2024. However, the showers have low flow restrictors allowing only a very sparse flow of water which is a serious drawback for guest comfort.

The room was so inviting, comfortable and relaxing!!! Ruby, Front Desk Specialist is a Gem!!! Thank you for making Us feel so welcome…. Our visit was for a memorial service, not a happy time for Us but, your staff made it so much better!!! Thank you!!!
