Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Cambridge

Highly recommended this hotel Spacious rooms with nice finishes and everything in perfect working order kitchenette for some simple cooking Staff and service was great Metro was one block away Grocery store nearby $16 dollar Ride service fare to Fenway area / over the river Boston is an expensive town. Saved some money by staying in Cambridge and taking the Charlie Metro back and forth to Boston University where we attended some meetings. I was not familiar with the Residence Inn group but it was very pleasantly surprised, definitely equivalent to a Hilton Garden Inn or the mid level Hyatts Would stay here again without a doubt

Located in the heart of the city with walk to major offices and google. The rooms are good and decent size. Recommend for long term travelers who wish to cook. The breakfast options are not great. I travel for work to Boston and most of the times I stay at this place for 4 days at a time, from past 15+ months have not see change in the breakfast menu. Hope they consider alternatives for the frequent and long term stays. The price is expensive compared to near by hotels who offer better rooms and services

Everything was excellent: smooth check-in, spacious room with comfortable beds, a buffet-style American breakfast, attentive and friendly staff, located in a good and safe neighborhood, and close to a supermarket, Tatte coffee shop, metro station, and Harvard Business School.

This was at least as nice as other Residence Inn’s I have been to. The staff were helpful, it’s close to the subway station, very convenient to MIT, and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Another good thing is it was on the lower end for points needed for a Marriott Bonvoy redemption.

A busy hotel with a bar with a small menu at night and is attached to a Starbucks. The hotel has an ample free breakfast. Rooms have full kitchens. I was there over the weekend between Christmas and New Year. The amount of large groups traveling together was incredible. The staff is friendly and the maids are helpful. I would have appreciated better bar food but the whole grains salad was very good. Skip adding the chicken. I don’t eat grains but this was good enough that I had it twice. Needs to offer cocktails in cans.
